Things to ruin a date I have the best one. I needed to run this guy off and make sure he would never call me again so on our third date I looked into his eyes and said "I'm so glad I found I have been looking for a good father figure for my hyperactive disabled son." I believe this was Cathy's first episode so she was more nervous than usual, but let's not forget that Colin was absolutely horrible on his first day on the show as well due to nerves so the producers fired him (he was only brought back because Ryan asked them to give him another chance) - even the best comedians can get nervous.
