I wouldn't be surprised if they filmed a lot more material that didn't make it to air for whatever reason. Cuz it's Robin Williams we're talking about. I wouldn't be surprised if this was a two hour event for the audience, but they basically took all the material they could and edited it down into a half hour.

@@bobbyshaddoe3004 just happened to be looking into this. apparently they air almost every game they play unless it's horrible, which probably didn't happen. two, robin could only appear for a few hours because he was shooting a movie. hence he played a few games and had to leave. they usually can film enough for 4 episodes in one taping (3-4 hours).

The line he did say was an old line he used in one of his standup specials in the early 80s. I honestly can’t recall the title, but I’m pretty sure the whole special is on KZbin. If you search “Robin Williams Standup”, you’ll probably find it.

I don’t think he ran out of time. I think he did make a crude pubic hair/bush joke, but it probably didn’t pass the network censors. They’ve had several things that had to be re-shot on the fly because they were a no-go with the censors. They’ve made pube and dick jokes on the show before that aired.
