I love begal, have been eating them for breakfast all the time when I lived in Canada, now I live in Sweden, haven´t seen much begal here yet, would love to try to make by myself, thank you for the receipe!

It's excited to see your new video just UP. The bagel is one of my fave bread. The texture of the bagel is crispy outside, chewy & al dente inside. It's quite ideal complement with cream cheese & any kinda of jam ( i prefer blueberries), heavenly delicious. Boo-yah... Anyway, thank you so much for the recipe. Hu, I need your opinion about the oven if I bake colorful bread. I made a pink root bread with your recipe of Europe 🥖 with 190C but the color was not as fresh as before, do you think lower temperature and longer time can be better to keep the color? And how much degrees, 150C?
