Hi XiaoHu! Thank you for the receipt!! i made sourdough bread first time in my life:) Prepared the starter from last Friday. It’s a neat experience. The bread is a wild success! i would love to show you the picture. To extend it to a fun project, I asked my cousin in Hangzhou to follow you on wechat. We made the bread at the same time and shared it at the family group! Thank you again for making our lives richer🌹🌹🌹👩🏻💻

Sourdough takes a bit of time and the results are not always that stable since the temperature has a huge influence ...but once you got the hang of it, it's very rewarding.
