The buds don't always blink 4xfast after 7 presses. But I just kept trying untill they did. Once they did, they worked again. Thanks for sharing.

It didn't work for me tho. The other bud (working) kept blinking blue and white, while the other one didn't blink at all, except when i tapped it 7x

Thank you so much! I could only get one earbuds to connect at a time and the other one would make the disconnect sound, but this fixed it!

Finally!! Got it to work!! Your video helped. You have to make sure they both are blinking BLUE before you try to pair (connect them to your device). one of mine kept blinking blue and white. The problem is the charging case. I took off the ear tips and put them back in the charger. Messed with them until they both turned BLUE. Then paired them and they worked!!!!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Holy smack it works!! My problem was in the bluetooth list there was two earphone names Jlab I guess the earphone didnt synch with other and decided to become independent. But following this instruction it somehow worked and linked! Now both earphones are working!!!

Disconnected buds from device. Left both buds out of the case for 15 minutes. Put them back in the case and followed this video. Took them out, put them in my ears and reconnected to Bluetooth. It worked!!!! I hope this works for you!

That is actually an important step to get this to work and I don't think he mentioned it in the video. You must FORGET OR DISCONNECT the ear buds from your device. I tried it about 10 times, lost my mind and then another post included that step and... It Worked! 🌟

Everyone. I’ve been through so many pairs of these headphones because I’ll always lose JUST ONE. Then I go buy a new pair because 1 headphone is not ideal. Long story short: I had a bunch of single JLab Go Air Pops laying around, and I was thinking if I could reset them, maybe I can get them to pair with each other as well. To my surprise it actually worked lol. Now I have 4 pairs of mismatched headphones😂 thanks for this video!

Think I might've got a dud pair. Only the left one works. They don't flash blue in the case and when I try to do the 7 presses it'll flash blue 4x on the right ear bud but not the left. And it's the right one that doesn't work. Left pairs and plays sound just fine but nothing from the right. No lights either when I take it out the case.

the right side of my earbuds isn’t working. every time i take it out of the case a solid white light will continuously show and blink every few seconds. for a while it would go back to normal pretty quickly or sometimes it would take a while. but now it doesn’t seem like it goes back to normal at all. or at least it takes a very very long time because i’ve checked on it before after hours of waiting and it was still doing the same thing. the light will turn off eventually, but then if i take it back out of the case it does the same thing. i’ve tried this method already and it literally did nothing to either of the earbuds. this has been stressing me out and annoying me for a while and i really don’t want to have to buy ANOTHER pair of earbuds already. is there anything i can do about it?
