To my ears these 3rd Gen Air pods are more comfortable compared to the newer Pro version with the soft gel tips. kzbin.infoUgkxgl8SzyQoymMu-S3V55Dskg5QJ8xr1yCR That said, compared to the 3rd Gen, I notice these do not stay planted in the ear as well. One design issue I think, is you squeeze the stem and click it twice to advance your songs. On 3rd gen you tap the large speaker. The difference is by grabbing the stem each time, you tend to loosen the bud fit in your ear. Not always, but the bud falls out a few times while running. The old tap to change never had that problem for me. I would not have changed that tap function. That said, the newer Pro version sticks in the ear, almost airtight if you want that. I do not like that Airtight fit. So that's why I'd stay with this version as the best trade off of comfort, use, and overall feel.

Thank you so much for this video.I thought that my right earpod is already defective.The left is working.From my phone, I disconnected the bluetooth.Then did the 7 tap on each earpod within the charging case.And yes,the right earpod came back to life.Earpod saver,yes indeed.

One more troubleshooting method that isn't mentioned here, but worked for me: follow the steps to forget and reset the earbuds, take them out of the case, and just wait. If left unconnected, they will turn off after a few minutes. Touch the button for 3 seconds to turn them on. My issue was that they were not pairing with each other. I would get flashing blue and white lights on both. This fixed it.

I’m on my 4th pair of JLab Go Air Pop earbuds. I love the sound, feel, fit, but the ALWAYS disconnect. If they didn’t disconnect all the time, these would be the PERFECT earbuds.

After owning perhaps 7 pairs of these I'm appalled at Jlabs quality control. To have to return pair after pair that 1) Won't connect 2) Won't charge 3) Won't reset 4) Are unstable connection. 5) ANC and Ambient mode are wonky--most all pairs are weak in this department. To their defense Jlab customer service has been patient with me-- But look on other videos where many people have the same problems. IF these worked all the time and performed like one pair I have that's good then I'd highly recommend these. But one working pair out of 7-8 pairs? Sigh UPDATE 1/19/23 just got a new pair of Jlab Epic air anc earbuds (2nd gen) and they're just as useless as all the others

I have had the opposite luck so far. This was my third pair of these headphones and had zero problems with them previously, other than perhaps poor connection quality at times to a phone in my hand. Some how it connects better across the room than in my pocket. But this pair I got, and the two replacements I got after returning them all failed to pair. And the "reset" doesn't work because the right earphone just seems busted. If I tap the left 7 times it does the blink 4 times reset thing, the right earphone however just ignores all taps as if they aren't there. Best guess it's failed to pair and the touch sensor is broken.

My buds disconnected from one another, thanks for the video! I was able to repair them and now I don't have to listen to my co-workers in the gym out of one ear while I'm trying to imagine myself on a mountain bike while rowing. Great video!

I have the first one, and I’ve had mine for about a year, they sometimes unpair which is a pain in the ass but that only happens 5% of the time. I lose them a lot because if I drop them then they just fall out. But other then that they’ve worked for me, I got mine for $20 at Walmart I’ve had some issues but honestly I like em.

I had this problem too!.... Fortunately I had another pair... I just put the ones that wouldn't pair correctly in the other charging box then tapped the left one 7 times quick. then took them out and paired them again. all good! (maybe you could find someone that has the same ones and borrow there charging box... it only takes a few seconds... good luck! Jat🤞🍀

I had a pair of these replaced after losing one of the buds and unable to replace just one. However, the new set does not appear to work properly. The be aware and noise canceling settings do not appear to work on the new pair. Is there a setting I can change to fix this as it worked on the older pair

Had a pair of JLab signatures for over a year and somehow managed to get them to pair separately one day. Which was quite annoying. But several months later, I finally find out it was a quick and easy fix. I unpaired both, tapped both sensors 7 times separately as instructed, and waited a minute to pair them again. It worked. 😂 but regardless, thanks for the help.

Still don't work. Had this problem since I got em and tried resetting them on and off for about 3 months. Only different result other than nothing changing is the fact that the right one turned off then the left one started working, then vice versa. Edit: Strangely enough, the right one started working randomly when I tilted my head just right, but disconnected again once I lifted my head back up to it's normal position. Why.

I tried the manual reset on mine -- it only works for one -- the left. The right earbud is constantly blinking blue, refuses to sync, connect, or play any audio. I've tried pretty much every trick I could find online, and I went over the instruction manual twice. Anybody else have this issue? If so, any advice on how to solve it?

I have the same problem for both of my earbuds. There's one commenter plan that I'm using currently. The comment is one of the top ones. But these earbuds are so good. Good audio, good fit and long lasting life and quick charge. Until the problem started. I spent like $50 on them where I can't remember and now I'm pretty angry because like I wasted $50 on earbuds that like lasted 5 months at least

The Go AIR Pop instructions works!! Tapping the headset 7 times each while on the charging dock- resets the mismatching connection with the Right and Left ear pieces 👂 🎶

So if you have problems with them charging with the metal connectors on the back of each ear peice and the case it’s self with you shirt or a rag…. The oils and wax residue causes a little interference in the connection it seems to me because every time I wipe them they charge fully
