Onn Wireless Mouse Not Working Troubleshooting Guide

In this video I go through some troubleshooting steps you can try if your Onn. 5 button wireless mouse is not working or is not connecting to your laptop or computer. The first step is to try moving the USB Nano Receiver to a different USB port. The second step is to make sure your batteries are installed correctly. The third step is to try brand new batteries. The fourth step is to use the connect button on the bottom of the mouse to try to connect to the wireless Nano receiver. I've tried 4 different Onn Mice. The mouse wheel starts to slip after a few months, all 4 of them. The shaft connecting the gear to the scrolling isnt thick enough.

Need troubleshooting for an Onn Wireless Rechargeable Gaming mouse. Works fine if plugged in, software says it's 100% charged. But if I unplug the charger, lights all goes off. I reinstalled the driver, and keeps failing on the update. Tried the dongle in all USB ports, no change. Mouse almost a year old.

Nice video but mine still isn't working. I even put that nano receiver into my other laptop which then tells me there is a error. It seems that this has happened to a lot of people so I give up. Time to buy another one. It's just that this mouse was connected to some memories. :(
