How does injury risk assessment ratings go down over time? Once the rating is "set" does that mean a broken arm is always a broken arm? This is what I believe is holding me back : 11 years ago I sprained my back and had a final number of 70/100 (high being bad). So it was a problem while it lasted and I have since healed, but my risk assessment rating has not changed. It seems to follow your model as being "set" and never will go down. How can I lower my risk assessment rating after healing? What do I need to do, who do I talk to?

Here we are talking about task, or situational risk assessments. I think you are referring to personal risk assessment (not sure from who or where), but the principle would be the same. It is not to do with what happened but a combination of consequence and likelihood at any given point in time.
