We got to see Luminosity up close when we sailed into Tivat Montenegro this summer and she looks like she’s in perfect shape. She may technically have been “abandoned”, but we saw people aboard walking around and cleaning every time we went to the marina over the span of 2 months. On a different topic, please don’t tell folks you’ve never seen a Tucker Carlson and interview and that he’s a polarizing figure in the US. He’s a one of the only mainstream media personalities out there who tells the American public what’s really going on in the US government. He can exaggerate or sometimes seem like he’s putting on a show, but he digs and digs and does an overall good job getting information out to everyone that’s way more accurate than the vast majority of the news media.

Hey! Right up my old road of expertise having spent 15 years in wholesale fertilizer brokering. It is absolute, Russia provides, or has, I've been out many years, a shit ton of fertilizer. Great money maker because it's cheaper than anything from America or Canada, another major producer. The quality was always substandard, garbage grade actually, but it specs proper. And it has had an impact on farming right to the grocery store not having competition in the market and a cheaper option. It was always more expensive to deal with, I won't bore you, but even with that, still cheaper. And of course it's used in munitions, always has been. To make munitions grade material, there's a lot of post processing. If he's doing that? He's not really a mining company is he? no, he'd be a munitions manufacturer So he's a self made billionaire? Russian billionaire? That is only possible by the grace of the Kremlin~ he's an oligarch.

Problem with sanctions and chemicals is there is still a lot of misinformation. The article talks about supply of acetic acid to "Crystal". Order was worth around £8,000 and eSysman may recognise the taste of it from our fake vinegar or "non-brewed condiment" traditional on UK chips. Nitric acid also has many other uses, as does ammonium nitrate. Which is why I think it's a little unfair that some owners are being subject to collective punishment and asset seizures totally disproportionate to any potential crimes. Especially as the chemicals mentioned haven't been on controlled items lists prior to the conflict. Well, other than being hazchems with bulk ammonium nitrate having been responsible for several loud bangs in the past.

I am a layman in these political issues related to seizures, Politics especially the Ukraine / Russia conflict seems to have unfairly disadvantaged the Yacht owners and some other business, specifically Russian linked. We did not have any concerns or questions about ownership of such multimillion dollar assets prior to February 2022. It seems like the owners of these assets have been unfairly treated, and they live in pain every other night. Now if a foreign entity (regardless of the courts determination because the courts cannot be separated from the political pressure) thinks it has powers and transfer ownership of the Yacht (illegal act in my opinion because the issue is political, no substantive claim whatsoever except a connection to the Russia / Ukrainian conflict), and it indeed facilitates that transfer to a new owner. Wouldn't' the aggrieved previous owner exercise further illegal action in return? For example: 1. Repossess the boat at sea using power? 2. Sink the Yacht at sea altogether in retaliation to such an extent that both he and the owner lose out? What do others think?
