If you particularly see the 3 phase graph you see if two phase is higher potential then one phase is lower potential If 2 phase take current and one phase return the current or also 3 phase induction motor is balanced so no current flow is neutral so it did not need neutral common sense question

Because we have to do vector addition of 3 phase but not the scalar addition and in the vector addition the 3 phase voltage is 415/440v but not 690v
