I became a fan when he joined us, you can see why he was respected so much in the locker rooms. When Skip asked him why does he cheer for the 49ers even though he was a Seahawk. He said ‘they both paid my bills.’ Definitely respect that. Keep doing what you do Sherm.

If you made a bracket of the top 25 passer stats, purdy is #1 in like 12 of them, and top 5 in at least 21 of them.. the gap between him and every other qb is insane in a comprehensive stat sheet.. and any of his percentage stats are blowing previous mvps up.. its a down year around the league for offensive numbers, but the gaps never been bigger for a front runner

The performance of the 49ers secondary in this game is being extremely overlooked! It wasn't the 49ers DL that stood out to me. There were times in that game when Jalen hurts had 5+ seconds to just stand back there in the pocket and scan the field without even the slightest bit of pressure! The Niners DBs were locking the Eagles receivers down all day. That secondary played better than they had all season, and it's not even close.

I'm a Purdy fan and I love my Niners but I'm so sick of people sleeping on CMC. Last season he was snubbed from the pro bowl which was awful. And this season he's getting overlooked again despite putting up impressive numbers. I will be happy to see Brock win the MVP award but to me CMC is clearly the best player on the team.

CMC might be the better player, but Brock is more valuable. They could possibly win without CMC, but it might not be by as much. However, they wouldn't be winning nearly as much, if at all, without Brock. That makes Brock more valuable.

The play across the league is way down in my opinion. My MVP is Trent "I'm gonna smack you because I'm a child that can't take defeat" Williams. When he is out the Niners offense sucks. Thus the 0-3 record without him. Geno Smith could replace Brock and the Niners would be just as good.
