Non-exhaustive list of current NYC hardcore bands: - Combust - Warthog - Bazooka - Z.O.N.E. - Rabbit - Beg to Differ - Roll Call - High Cost - Shatter - Ferment To the singer’s point - probably not a ton of these folks were properly raised “in the streets” of NYC, but basically all these groups have 2023 or 2024 releases as there’s been a noticeable uptick of output coming from the 5 boros in a way that hasn’t happened in a long ass time. Exciting times as new life continues to be breathed into the genre. Always respect the old school for paving the way worldwide and looking forward to the future. Cool video
