So the same thing that we can see in the private sector as well, when person get graduated from the very good colleges doesn’t mean that he will get the job immediately and after sometime. Also he just work hard for getting the good salary and he just passed the five years of his life, and then also he will not get the good amount of salary in his hand, which he aspire for it earlier. So the same thing in UPSC as well that we come here for getting the service, the so-called good service or premium service of this country, and then we realise that in first attempt we are not able to clear, but it doesn’t mean that Whole examination is not making you able to do something in your life if you seriously doing preparation for this examination, it will definitely take you somewhere that where you can find out yourself. Be very knowledgeable. You can find yourself is very intellectual, which is which will help you in all the way because the thing is if you are preparing for UPSC just also prepared for your net jrf if you really preparing for it, so it will really give you a result and a opportunities for you in various sector, but what matter is you need to be very, very serious for this examination otherwise it will take you in a dark trap which this video is telling about, and this video is for those people who are not preparing for UPSC. True that, i also had midset of not to waste time on govt exams and i got a job after graduation. During my job, my grandfather felt ill. I worked in city about 300kms away, so there was a great need of me to take care and run to the doctors and all. But i merely used to get a leave. I have worked on festivals too. After few months he passed away so i asked for a 13 day leave so that i can be there at home to help old father running behind ritual preparations and relative hospitality. Still i was only given leave to attend funeral and tervi. I was asked to give more output of targets. I used to achieve whatever asked by sitting extra 2-3 hrs. Lastly they had some applications of new joinees who were ready to work in my half expense (also the company had to give increment to me in few months) so they asked me to resign and they kept new joinees and a girl (for sex ratio) who joined with me still learnt nothing basics even. I realised that private is a bigger shit and all this mlm walas , business ideas and CAs of KZbin who preach gyan on "Private is the future, entrepreneurship" just want to sell their courses to you. Every sector has die hard competition. Govt is best because after selection their is total job security with reliefs like accommodation, electricity, water, education and health subsidies provided by govt itself. Plus reputation in society (unlike avg corporate jeeta abused by childrens,wives, society, boss, his daughter and all). Also govt exams give you opportunity to high jump from 12k corporate chavani to 70k plus power. And MNCs too are same. Even they take years long phases of exam and once you get selected, they give trainings and exams of them in jobs again! You fail go to home. Pathetic! (Has happened with many in corporate giants like reliance and all). So if competition and hardwork is required allwhere. Then why not to put efforts in best services.

Firstly people go in these exams for all the wrong reasons out of fomo or greed or ambition whatever when the fact is it's a service and if you're going to serve there, failure shouldn't matter to you. If you fail you'll find other ways to serve the country and all the knowledge of how the government works that you acquired in the process will help surely. So exam was never wrong it's just the people.

Maine 2 attempts diye hai 1st me kuch mistakes hui and uske wjah se nhi ho paya mera pr 2nd attempt maine darr se diya kyuki mere andar field change krne ki himmat nhi thi.......Risk nhi le pya uss time pe mai But 2nd attempt ke baad mujhe actually pta chal gya ki ye Ek Endless Loop ke trah hai.......agr risk lene ki himmat nhi hogi to aap har baar attempts dete rhoge, nhi hoga to fir v ek umeed rkhoge ki agli baar ho jyega Aur finally, 5-6 attempts ke baad ap kisi layak nhi bachte ho

All these exams are almost same.....has same level of competition, same pattern, syllabus is also mostly the same........you will not find much difference in it....... Simple 1. If you are not influenced by the so-called motivational speakers who are just selling dreams. 2. If you are not influenced by these IAS entry reels. 3. If you are financially sound so that you can at least you can manage your own expenses. 4. If you prioritize doing social service over getting a job. 5. If you yourself feel that you can handle all the odds throughout the preparation. These are some of the things which in my opinion should be kept in mind if you wish to prepare for this exam....💖

These exams are designed to be tough, and only 10% out of 100 will qualify. If everyone cracks this exam, every child in our homes will become an IAS officer. It seems like you're trapped and want to get out, hence you're criticizing it. There's good in this exam too, but you haven't mentioned any positive points. Everything you said is 100% correct..........10% will get selected, but what about the remaining 90%.....are they not worthy enough, are they not able to achieve something in their life......they are......Right ! But they can't give themselves a way out from the preparation if they couldn't qualify after 2-3 attempts because they just think ki Ab kuch acha ho jyega....iss baar nikal jyega.......This is the Real Loop which is not supposed to end in any way And Obviously, these exams are not worth of the amount of time and energy people tend to put in it.....rather if they try n find some extra stuffs to do, some extra skills to learn and earn some money to be financially independent or at least for the backup against these Cut-throat competitive examinations......that would be a great thing for them. UPSC is an exam by which you become an IAS or District Collector. But this exam has a very deadly 3 patterns and a very high level of Competition ( 10 lakh people fill the form and only 1000 people get selected finally ) and Elimination happens in every stage of this exam People while preparing, they just focus on studying leaving aside everything else........But the problem arises when they are not able to qualify the exam despite giving 2-3 attempts..........then they are surrounded by too much of family pressure, no financial freedom and a lot of anxiety and depression leaves them in a miserable condition. Then they can't switch the career (it's risky to try something new).........and also they can't continue the preparation too because it will certainly waste their time because back of the mind they know that it's not happening........but still they choose to prepare again for the exam.........And this creates an Endless Loop of these exams from which Aspirants don't really have a way out.
