Well u know what my friend, I just called them out for saying exact same things a narcissist would.. so devilishly covert about it too, “ you’re not well, get help.” Classic manipulative passive aggressive display. Not fun when I’m the target. However, keep in mind that those attacks against your mental state are borne out of their own insecurities & feelings of low self-worth

You touched on this and it’s my experience that they can change behaviors when they realize that the behaviors are hurting them. If you have a narc in your life who you have to deal with, it’s best to point out how the change that you desire to see in them will benefit THEM not You. Nice video ❤

Hey that's good it worked for you, it's a good idea, though in my experince it didn't work for me. The person I tried it with would actually go on about how they cause all the problems in their own life, so I thought they'd want the help. Guess it was just another manipulation tactic

SAME My mother is a GOAT level narcissist. She can gaslight any gaslighter, and she'll do so over the tiniest thing. All the tiniest things, in fact. Every last one. And when she runs out of things to gaslight about, she literally invents impossible things to gaslight about. At 83, she is the saddest, most desperately miserable person I have ever known. Yet she will never, ever, ever acknowledge that her terrible (physical, social, emotional, spiritual) situation is entirely her own making.

All I see on social media is how "she" has to now heal because I left. Throughout our marriage, the most important thing was how she and by extention we looked to the outside world.

Thank you! They might even change their behavior for a while. But slowly they will eventually slide into their old selves while asking you to give them tons of credit for their small or one time changes.
