This man has truly changed my life. I was at the gym yesterday and Sista who transformed her body after giving birth to two children, commented on how alot of Men don't understand and appreciate what a Woman and her body go through giving birth. So when she was giving me some training tips. We got on the topic of relationships after that comment. I asked her if she heard of Pastor RC Blakes? She lit up and said. " Girl, ain't that the Man of God. I love him". You're helping us retake our thrones sir. All the way from San Francisco!

My little Mexican grandma taught this to me when I was a child and she was combing and braiding my hair. She said I must study, go to college, and establish a career before marrying. The rest of the family also stressed and set the expectation of college and a good job.

My mom ingrained in me being financially independent at a young age, & she was married for decades in a stable marriage and worked as well. I saw so many women pay the price because they were financially dependent on their partners.

If a man doesn’t want to even be a sole provider for his family’s basic needs - housing, food and clothing, why would a woman burden herself by marrying him, taking on added responsibility as a wife and still have to be responsible for pleasing him and primary child rearing and raising? Nope!

Thank you. I’m 39 years old now. I got married at 19 to a wonderful provider. I could never be with a man and have to be a man at the same time. As women, we should not settle for an infidel. It’s good to have your own as well but I encourage women to find your mate according to scriptures .

Excellent job Bishop Blakes...every women should invest in herself as much as she invests in her husband and the children. When done so, she puts herself in a position to assist all family members when needed. I wish I would have learned this when I was younger but this was not discussed. Thank you for discussing this.

My father sat me down one day and said "Maa, you are a career woman. Don't let any man turn you into a housewife"! My dad made a lot of mistakes while I was growing up but this is one advise I really appreciate from him. Thanks Pastor, for making me understand why he said that.

I will always be thankful to my dad who always talked to me about the importance of a good education and career. He said my brothers could make a plan if things got tough for them, but I would be left with very few options, the easiest being to sell my body to survive, and he would not let me go that route. I’m 54 now, divorced for five years and taking care of myself, my unemployed sons and extended family, including my dad. I’m thankful to God for caring men like my dad and Pastor Blakes who do not hide the truth from us but tell it like it is! May every woman who hears this be transformed in Jesus Christ’s Name! I am definitely sharing this!

Thank You for sheading light on this touchy subject. Some of us come from a culture that still believes men are the breadwinners and should be the soul financial providers. Even when the reality of the times tells us this is not feasible anymore. In the past I've tried to 'dumb myself down' to not appear too 'independent' but that doesn't work either especially if you happen to be with an insecure man who knows and see's your potential. I thank you for your ministry because it has reinforced what I knew in my heart to be true. As women we endure a lot of unnecessary suffering in the name of culture or societal practises.

I adore you! Thank you for all you do to pour into us as women. I have finally reached the stages of my emotional maturity where I released the fears and the anger around childhood poverty and an absentee father. I cry about it from time to time to release the pain at different stages of my development, but the courage to push on is being fueled by a lot of what I am learning through your ministry. I was so angry with men that I refused either to provide certain things for myself or I was hyper focused on never receiving help, just making money and spending reckless but not with the long-term goals in mind. I'm still healing this hurt. I've surrendered and prayed and asked God to heal my mind around this. It's a daily deliverance but messages and sermons like yours and that book "Queenology" have set me free from so much. I know "The Father Daughter Talk" will be just as enrichening for my life and I can't wait to read it. Right now, I am focused on my financial literacy and I am super, super thankful for this message as a positive reinforcer for my financial health. Bless you and all the work you are doing to heal us women in the world! You are an amazing gift to us all.

Thank you Bishop RC, we appreciate you for all you do. I was one who had a father in the home, but he didn't teach me what I needed to know. In fact, some of his bad habits was how I chose the wrong husband twice, but it's all good...I have always known God, but when I decided to kick up my relationship with Him as His daughter, it was life-changing. I can even still love my dad, and forgive his failure as a father...I am still grateful and thankful to have both of my parents in my life. So I focus on the positive, not the negative. I also thank you Bishop RC, because I found Bishop Samuel and I tune into on weekdays for prayer. God's always been there and will never forsake me, so while my Earthly father was limited, my Heavenly Father is not.

Thank you beautiful soul, you have changed my life for better ❤ it’s so true what you say that they don’t have the desire being a provider and creating a family it’s like “no interest I like going travel I need this money for myself” I have heard that so many times when I asked someone “do you have in mind creating an own family wit woman and kids?” and they were in their 30’s…. The fun factor is more desirable for them. And can I just say: how many do I know who got married have little children and divorce and the reasons? “The women has changed with the baby (of course a women changes it’s normal)! And when you ask them “what have you tried to save the marriage, therapy?” The answer is “nothing”… it’s really frustrating hearing this! No responsibility no effort nothing !

Great message, Bishop...extremely pertinent information the so-called 'modern woman' of today should be receiving, allowing it to resonate in the fiber of her very being. Its beneficial content will empower her for financial stability, freedom of choice(s) and stresses, particularly in her senior years. It (this information) is even more imperative for women who depend on government assistance because the programs it offers were never meant to be permanent. Women, my sisters... 'actualize' everything you desire in a man for yourself...not having to 'depend' but be 'interdependent' WITH a husband you may/will have. This woman is a wise woman who actualizes this empowerment. Thanks again, Bishop.

I wasn’t even 9 minutes into the video, paused, went online to my Bookshelf App and bought the book (Father Daughter) 😂😂😂 Wasn’t even listening to what you said immediately. I grew up not adopted from age 3-18, found my father at almost 30, we didn’t talk for several years after I found him, he and I started to try and talk at the last minute, had a single father daughter talk with me minutes before he died over the phone. He had so many anger issues that when he died over the phone, I thought he was giving me the silent treatment then thought he blocked me. THANK U for my book. The foster system is missing foster fathers and real fathers. When we become an adult it doesn’t help. I never depended on a man because I couldn’t even depend on a foster parent for my needs, but need help understanding wolves. I married a man who didn’t play the man role. I was the man and the woman. He was not a provider.

There was always something set aside financially for a rainy day, which wasn’t much, the older generation always stressed that. I couldn’t allow myself to be totally dependent on him because he wasn’t a dependable person. It took while to get a steady footing because of the the emotional and physical damage that was done. By God’s grace, the children who are now adults and I are in a much better place financially and emotionally. Be prepared always, thanks pastor Blake, you’re absolutely correct.

Completely agree! Even when she gets married.......because anything can happen to your husband. If you become a single parent, then you still have the responsibility of taking care of the children. If anything happens to my husband I ain't gonna take no chances of bringing a predator into my house because I don't have anything in place to take care of my kids
