Let me tell you Tony, this time last year, you made video called "Are you the price?". That video challenged me and hurt me a bit at the time. It also pushed me to make lifestyle changes. A year later today, I have dropped 40 pounds, I eat clean and exercise regularly. These messages may sound harsh in the moment but they are good for us.

I’m on a budget so I stopped getting my nails done and I use cuticle oil every day...my nails have grown longer, stronger and healthier. I take my vitamins, meal prep and drink a gallon of water everyday and my hair is thicker and my skin is clearer. I love to workout so I threw away all of my busted active wear and invested in my clothes. It has helped me a great deal to love myself and I even work out even more 💕 there’s so many alternatives to live your best you! Now I’m ready to leave San Diego and explore. It’s helping me to work towards writing my book. Let’s get it family!!!!

🙌🏽 Esther, Rebekah and Ruth were not running around with loose booties. Matthew 25 talks about the 5 virgins that were ready with oil and 5 virgins that weren't ready for the bridegroom to come. As women of God, we have to always stay ready or in preparation for our bridegroom to come. We do not know the day or hour. Esther prepared for 12 months with oils Rebekah stayed about her business Ruth also stayed about her business Stay about you're business and take care of you're body and God will bring that man into you're life at the proper time.

Not to sound like one of those pick me simps, but the same women asking “why do I need to do all that for a man” are the same one’s missing out on potential matches. Expecting a man to be everything on your lists but you can’t even tweak your appearance or whatever it is to really catch that man’s attention isn’t fair. Be the best version of yourself.
@Bre.9953 жыл бұрын
@@LA-wv7gf Once we become more honest with ourselves it becomes easier. We know we are beautiful but when we ask “am I the best me I could possibly be?” You really end up checking yourself. There’s nothing wrong with that. And half the time you’ll end up loving yourself more for those small changes you had to make even if you might have done it to attract your potential husband. Because when we are in love with our best selves imagine the energy you’re going to attract. Men can see when a woman is truly confident and in love with herself.

Ladies, we need to stop gettin booty hurt when we hear messages that tell us to “level up” honestly we ought to be doing this already, before desiring to attract a future husband. DO 👏🏼YOUR 👏🏼WORK!!! It’s our pride and rebellious spirit that’ll keep us with “I ain’t doin this/that fo no man” 🤦🏻♀️dennnnn go sit in yo single corner 🤔😑Because with that attitude you ain’t ready to be wifed-SUBMISSION requires we learn in sacrifice in singleness-sometimes that sacrifice requires us to sit in front of that mirror and reflect on why we aren’t already desiring to be our best-for God, self then others. 💯💯💯

Gross 🤢 can’t Beleive I used to cuss like that Starting reading more, doing my makeup everyday and putting on those eyelashes to work and drinking a gallon of water a day. I’m telling you, how differently people treated me. Even the grocery store lady bagged my own groceries, when your supposed to bag them your self and she put them in my cart. Men acting very different. Putting me on a pedestal. Always asking how I’m so in shape and what do I do, to get my hair that long and shiny. I didn’t know men liked women with long, shiny hair. Anyways, I had to look at myself and make a change, because I too want to attract my husband.

Excellent advice, Tony. Ultimately ladies, we ought to be adorned with Jesus. With the necklaces, crown and jewels he places on us. Our bodies, including our appearance, are the temple of the Precious Holy Spirit. Eat better, sleep better, get into a good and fun physical fitness program for you, wear appropriate and lovely makeup that works for you, style your hair, nails etc. but make sure our houses are in order too. Keep our eyes on the beauty of Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit shall usher us into true undefiled beauty inside and out. The man shall come when we are ready but Jesus is our first love. Blessings and Happy wonderful New Year 🔥🌈🌟

Nowadays women don't mind changing the outside of themselves to look the "part" but when it's time to strip away mindsets and patterns there's a conflict. We should desire to be pure gold not 14k plated gold....just as we want a pure heart ❤ and body . Don't be in a rush for a thing (a man, a job, a title or position) go after God. Desire to be what He says you should be. Stop caring about what men say and inquire about what the Lord says. Growth is beautiful ....work on you and WAIT ON THE LORD

Losing or gaining weight is not easy but gotta get on the work because BMI to high can cause diabetes and high blood pressure. You don't want to finally meet a spouse and be sick. I will admit since March 2020 Covid-19, being home it has gotten easy to be lazy jogging pants, PJ's & not have hair done working from home. However, I will make myself presentable if I must go out. Thanks Tony for this! The coaching call on Friday inspired me to level up, and help me break out the poverty mindset the next day I decided to go to the mall & get matched correctly for makeup because I said why not upgrade my look & I decided that I would try and purchase some quality makeup because I usually buy make up from the drug store (not to say there isn’t quality makeup at the drug store) I just wanted to get in the habit of exposing myself to the finer things in life. Unfortunately because of C19 the makeup people can’t touch your face BUT I walked away with some quality skin care products to improve my natural skin so when I do wear make up it’ll look better! So I’m excited to improve myself & my wardrobe I said I wasn’t going to buy anything for myself until im at my goal weight but why not treat myself to a nice pair of shoes or a quality purse in the meantime. I feel like this year I need to really focus on the body B in the three B’s more.

The parody of the Spirit of Beg to Differ is the absolute best.. it’s how and what a loving big brother would say to his sis, and it’s got the right amount of truth and positive emotion to integrate the lesson. So good! Thank you, Tony! ♥️

I agree. Everything you mentioned is a part of self love. How a person looks is a representation of how they feel about themselves. If you love and care about yourself you will always strive to be your best self. Looks and otherwise.

This was 🔥🔥🔥... I believe in investing in self, and if it's not the level you're able to afford, do you in that season, but don't get comfortable there... Coach Tony always putting it plan and easy to follow, I truly appreciate the nuggets of wisdom, confirming this journey I'm on 🙏🏾Blessings to you and your family... BLESSED TRIBE

I don't know why ladies get so offended when a guy who works out, eats right and takes care of themselves is not attracted to them who are overweight/obese, doesn't eat right and say I'm "curvy" not realising a man doesn't want to do extra weightlifting!

A quote I came up with is “You are more than enough YOU DESERVE THE BEST YOU.” Don’t seek to validate or conform. When you’re your better self everything will fall or start to fall in place.

This is the question I have to constantly ask myself: Am I doing this for validation from others or validation from myself?
@bre_s91643 жыл бұрын
@@kilimanjaro5537 I can definitely relate to that... trust your intuition or use your level of discernment to guide you. You can’t go wrong with those two. ❤️

You don’t have to get your nails done professionally. Just keep them well groomed and painted. That’s cheap! My cousin lives on government assistance due to being legally blind. In Alabama, she gets paid about $700 a month. That’s it, but manages her money so well. She always looks done up. Her nails are always painted and presentable. Her clothes are from Dollar General and Walmart most times, but she never looks cheap. She gets a lot of compliments on her appearance, especially her big beautiful natural hair.. which she managed to grow with good (but cheap) products. No excuses. If you went to her Instagram you wouldn’t think she was on government aide. And her apartment is so nice. New furniture, new TVs, super clean. Everything she has, she saved for. Super great at budgeting to the point I asked her to help me budget.
