The lions winning is absolutely insane. Especially since the argument I've heard constantly is that the mons would run out of PP. First off, there are moves that hit the entire field. Pokemon battles get limited to 2v2, though we know they can reach 3v3, and there doesn't seem to be a reason to suspect that, if we have to use game mechanics, at least some moves would hit 'the entire enemy team' as it were. But if we ignore game mechanics and focus on the lore then it becomes utterly hopeless for the lions since so many mons just have so many methods to defeat so many lions or at least render them pointless. We got stuff like ghost and steel types being basically immune to them, a bunch of mons who would either be unable to be damaged through other means or would badly harm any lion that tried to hit it, and a bunch of mons with power levels just beyond what the lions could hope to match... and they're all on the same side.

But even then that would require a bunch of very specific set-ups. Like, 95% of all pokemon moves either have 100% accuracy or outright ignore it entirely. So be it game mechanics or real-life given enough multiverses/times there would be one where the lions 'win' if it was possible for them to win. But I also feel like it's safe to say that, even if it is possible (ghost types exist after all), you're looking at a minority/heavily manipulated universe.

About all pokemon vs Goku, there are some genuinely strong pokemon in lore, scalling Goku, in the vs battle type scalling, he gets around low multiversal/universal+ Which is stupidly strong, but there are pokemon on that level, things like dimensionality make you technically stronger, pokémons like dialga are 4D, meaning at least universal, and the strongest Pokemon out there Arceus, is multiversal - high multiversal, meaning yes, pokemon would win against Goku, like, 3 pokémons? Lions cant go to outer space, deoxys can. Pokemons can summon meteors and Raquaza also destroys a meteor about to hit the earth, kyogre could drown them all, lions cant attack ghost pokemons, and i would like to see them try to group in to a pokemon that is flying in the air.

When something touchs Tortunator's back it triggers an explosion. Let it liing on the floor, have a flying-water (or one that can learn a move to create water or rain) Pokémon give water to it and a flying-plant (Rowlet) to grow plants Tortunator can eat. Tortunator won't die and every lion that tries to attack it will get insta-killed. Or you could just bring Kyogre to fly around and create huge wawes; Hoopa to teleport the lions to the outter space; Darkrai to make them sleep; Meloetta, Lunala and Nekrozma to levitare around and throw projectiles; Diglet to go underground while creating earthquakes or Ditto for all of the above. Literally 20 put of every 19 Pokémon have a way to exploit some random moves and become invincible. Dang it, Shedinja would be completely unkillable just because of Wonder Guard.

This isn't exacly a replay to your comment but its relevant to what you said so I'll post it anyway I guess I dont really consider it's purpose to be accurate since 1 Billion Lions vs every single Pokémon is not really set out well to be accuracy based debate since in my opinion for a debate to be "serious" it needs to be well thought-out and planed and 1 Billion Lions vs every single Pokémon isn't. I don't know if he has mention it in the video since it been a year since it watched it but there are too many open ends in this debate for this to be proper and I'll list a few bellow - Intellenice (Planning, Formations, strategy) - Freindly fire (Will they attack each other) - Were (Were will they fight? Earth, infite white space, endless oceans?) - Hunger (will they starve) - water (will thy die of thirst) - continuity (How strong are they? male loins? Baby loins? Are we counting all things the pokedexs as fact? what about all the time it contradicts it self? How many can AOE moves hit? and so on) - AP (or what ever the energy in the game is called) - Trainer (are they commanding? can they heal pokemon? can they be attacked?) Like I said too many open ends. The question is to unplanned and "fun" to be accuracy based since in my opinion for to the be accuracy based we need to be able to site and compare data, numbers and resreach but will this debate we don't even have a proper question so a proper "set out well to be accuracy based debate" is impossible thefore it can really only be a "fun" debate.

Assuming that it could make sense in this AU they would still win from being unable to die from non-magical things ie. turning things to stone. Ghost types? Get some water on your claws, God? It's a billion lions, they can get some Redstone and make a Redstone plane to kill the flying types. When the lions die they become ghost types, normal pokemon dead. Fire? Said it already, water claws. Fairys are fake and same are dragons, and for op pokemon, just run around earth fast to rewind to when they were a baby and slay them, kill ditto like that too, and boom, lions win.
