Thats the biggest reason. When you're already feeling low like you have little worth as soon as a small and thing happens to you it just crushes you because you have no comfort or self worth

It became a habit now for everyone to ask a question without using a question mark. Not only is it super annoying but it also makes you all look really dumb, lazy and uneducated. It’s not hard to use a question mark!!!!!

After a certain point I realized i wasn't tired. I wasn't feeling anything from anything that should or used to make me feel good. Working out went from a great love of mine to just an activity that made me feel hot and ill. Music went from meaningful and catchy to a cacophany of unpleasant noise. I wasn't delaying working on projects out of laziness but because every time I tackled them, it ended poorly from the haziness of my mind. I couldn't write a 4 sentence paragraph without my mind forgetting what those 4 sentences even were and what topics i had written about. And so my mind couldn't let go of them. Each sentence lingered as another alarm. Another stressor. I would write an essay and the end product was just a scrambled wall of text to me - less comprehensible than an article on quantum physics or something. I had no idea what I had written about.

@@ishouldbesleepingrightnow i think the only thing i honestly came to terms with after a lot of psychiatry was that sometimes it's not your body or your mind that's screwed up, but your surroundings. When your social interactions are negative or parasitic on you. Though i haven't managed to fix that environment yet, so i can't say for sure.

I understand you... I came to a point where I decided, for my health and inner peace, to distance myself and reduce my interactions to those that are worthwhile and resonate with the point in life where you are. Thank you, for the useful content! 🙏 It is very important to be aware of your sleep quality and the food you eat. I am still struggling to have a good sleep routine, but i can share from my experience that if i go to sleep too late on the whole next day i feel exhausted and also it affects my emotions and i am becoming more impulsive. I would suggest to everybody who find himself in any of the 7 reasons to try meditation, because it really helps to become more aware of and understand yourself and how your body feels, then you can begin to change what is unhealthy for you step by step. ✌️

Man’s Search For Meaning (Summary) Viktor Frankl 🙏 "Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms - to choose one's attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one's own way." -Viktor Frankl, a Nazi concentration camp survivor ❤ Lesson 1: Being indifferent to death allowed people to survive. 🙏 Indifference to death, the perspective of merely existing, not living, allowed prisoners to shield their minds from the terrors around them and do what was necessary to survive, grab a vital pair of shoes from a dead body or hide in a pile of manure to avoid being led to the gas chambers. ❤ Lesson 2: Your life has its own meaning and it’s up to you to find it in any given moment. 🙏 Just as there’s no general move in chess that beats all others, there’s no general meaning of life. Your life’s meaning is not only unique to you, it also depends on your decisions and situations. When Frankl was forced to work by the Nazi guards, barefoot, across icy rocks; he imagined his wife's face up in the clouds; and found bliss in this moment of love. ❤ Lesson 3: Try to force your fears to come true to make them go away. 🙏 To gain a sense of control over our own life we can focus on our internal state of mind, instead of external factors. If you’re afraid of sometimes stuttering in front of your friends, you should do exactly what you’re afraid of. You’ll notice that, as soon as you try to force it to happen, it won’t work, and eventually lose your fear of stuttering in front of your friends altogether.

These are all great suggestions but they don't address the underlying cause of the majority of chronic fatigue cases. The best thing that most people can do for their energy is to lower blood insulin levels. High insulin is usually caused by a combination of insulin resistance and excessive sugar/carbohydrate intake. Keeping total sugar/carbohydrate intake under 30g per meal will go a long way toward eliminating insulin resistance and should help with chronic fatigue.

Its hard being with overbearing guardians, a past you didn't even create, being the saviour of the universe, being an alien hybrid, fighting a 1930's walt-disney character, fighting 3 celestial gods, having your mother absent through your entire life and a deadbeat dad never around to be with you and not caring about your future despite being a billionaire, having a toxic girlfriend that stole your lion and never apologized, having a identity crisis despite being 14-16, causing problems to everyone you love and just being a total nuisance, having your televison wrecked numerous of times, trying to protect your home even though you're a kid. So yeah, seems reasonable to be tired.
