Very true! It's also difficult because we are all so busy and have so much on our plate that taking the time to take care of our health takes a backseat to being productive and achieving more. It's important to remember that by slowing down and taking care of our health, we will actually have more energy to achieve our goals... We have to make our health a priority, because once it's gone, no amount of money or outward success can replace it or bring it back...

Maybe your metabolism is slow and you're not eating properly. Trust me I had the EXACT SAME problem. Ppl would always ask me if I had been up all night and I didn't even have enough strength to do homework after an exhausting day at school. If that is the case DO NOT take up exercise DO NOT take up a low carb restricting diet and NEVER EVER skip breakfast. Try to eat tasty, rich foods that make you happy (even if it's pizza and stuff) every three hours (6 meals ler day). That should fill you up with evergy and fix dark circles

My newly discovered method is intermittent fasting. Instead of eating all day like mentioned in the video, you do not "eat" break fast but merely have a cup of coffee (+stevia if you crave for the sweet), or a glass of water with apple cider vinegar (also no calories). These drinks will make you feel less hungry and let your body detox for the next few hours while your organism isn't wasting its energy on digestion. Your mind become clear and you feel more energic. Don't forget to eat again after 16 hours (8 hours sleep+8hours fasting=16hours fasting + 8 hours eating).
@obertbrinley65414 жыл бұрын
I eat one meal a day. Between 5:00 & 8:00 P.M. I have been working with my doctor & have released 80 lbs. My doctor said there is no reason to eat 6 small meals per day. Also no studies that say that say that 6 meals a day that it works.

Howdy. I made an observation. One day I had a really heavy supper and woke up tired and lethargic next day. I decided to try the opposite. I went to bed with an empty stomach and bowels. The result was astonishing. I woke up fully rested and after my morning coffee I felt energized. I guess the metabolism went into idle mode letting the body truly rest and recover. Regards.

I sit at work getting up to do some light exercises, my boyfriend works hard at his job, but when we get home we both need to get at least 20 minutes of shut eye. Then we get up and do stuff. But now the other day he needed to nap real bad, but when I got home i proceeded with my day such as I purchased gas for the lawn mower, mowed the whole lawn, came in did dishes, then cooked supper. He did the dishes after. I then took my shower and continued my evening with going threw some of my stuff and getting rid of a bunch of stuff that I didn't feel I had use for. The only thing I did different was the day before I had taken a B12, (which almost put me to sleep while driving that day). And I stayed after work for awhile longer on the day I was supper busy.

hello everybody, chronic fatique was unknown before 1990. Since then it started into epidemic because of rolling out cell phone technology based on microwaves. This is something I discovered on my own a few months ago. Every time I learned and achieved something and did things that would otherwise be very hard to do, was done after weeks of body workout. And it doesn't even has to be a gym membership. Sadly my family and associates call me weak and lazy for needing time to heal myself. Nobody takes this seriously. I learned react.js in 2 weeks after a few weeks of goin around town with my mom and dad to buy and choose furniture for our new flat. (something i struggled with for over a YEAR when my goddamn "teacher" told me to hold off everything i do and focus on this one subject)

What if you only drink coffee in the morning? I find it difficult to believe it will still affect my sleeping time at night.
@jessikapiche60974 жыл бұрын
it was research that indeed it does... but who would say no to a coffee in the morning really? I have friends who that coffee is their only breakfast! So, in my book, it is not because it is bad for you that it means it is wrong to do it. That's at another level of understanding though... ;)

Liat Tal, I also work in a call center and it's very stressful. It's like your literally chained to your desk. However I'm looking to change that this year.

Nope. Work 9 hours a day everyday at call center service near the computer and annoying clients makes you sit more , majes you tired, exhausted and stress 😕 School it's fun and great time of your life. You'll allways remmember this time when you'll be older .

Maybe someone in the comments cam help but... I try to wake up at 6:30 am everyday, but I dont have a sleep schedule I'll never be in bed at the same time each night especially being summer, some friends want me to stay up and play, but then I'll get distracted from sleeping. What's a good time for a 12yr old to go to bed in summer? What's a good time to get up? That I won't feel super tired and hit the snooze button
