I really enjoyed this. I laughed out loud when you gave “the bird”. I’m 40 years old and successful in my own right (in the legal field), but even at 23 years of age, you have inspired me to pursue my art and to embrace my inner child. So - thank you Girl! I love what you are doing. I agree with the illustrations with making them fun and inviting. I am an older lady and my favorite children’s books were the Barenstain Bears and books by Jan Brett. I loved looking around all the drawings and let my imagination play. Simple is nice, but making it fun engages children’s mines and adults.

Good luck with your children’s book. I’m a 72 year old artist and your large paintings remind me of the story books our teachers had in the very young grades when the students couldn’t read yet. The teacher would stand in front of the room and display the huge story books so everyone could see. Your paintings are beautiful. Will you be selling to the US ?
