If you’re single right now, you better thank God! Be happy you’re not in a toxic relationship or wishing you hadn’t said yes to the wrong partner laying next to you. There is a purpose and divine timing on your life. I’m enjoying my singleness. It’s a good season.

I enjoy my singleness also. It’s just that it sucks when someone comes into your life acting like their something they are not and you’re like okay God is this him. I’m always hoping and expecting for the best but then it’s another flop 😩it’s very annoying. I asked God to not send nobody my way unless they are it but I guess he wants me to experience these things.

When I was in horrible marriage, I prayed for God to release me. I tried everything I knew to do my part, but, he would not change. Finally when I saw that it’s was only going to get worse, I made up my mind to leave. I’m single now, and been single almost 9 years. I honestly would like to be in a godly relationship. But, there is so much games and lies out there. I’m content to be single as long as I need to be. Waiting on Father God.

I feel like the woman that are worried about being single needs to keep on being single until they don’t need a relationship; because with that energy the only men that will be attracted to you are the ones with bad intentions. The focus should be on what you need to do to feel secure in yourself. It could be loosing weight, fixing your teeth, earning more money, clearing your skin, growing your hair, healing childhood trauma that makes a person co dependent and seek other people approval. Once you love you enough to fix what makes you feel bad about yourself, that’s when you’ll attract the right man for you.

I disagree. Adam was single in the Garden of Eden. He was lonely. I am sure he had everything he needed and didn’t have to heal from childhood trauma. Wanting a mate is a natural desire. It only becomes a problem when you are willing to accept bad treatment so that you don’t have to be alone. No matter how many Achievements you accomplish in life, not having anyone to share your achievements with is not great feeling.
@aliciawoods8925

@@jacquelinerussaw6967 Actually Adam wasn't lonely, he was content with his life. GOD felt like it was good for him to have a mate so he created EVE. Adam wasn't focused on a woman, he was focused on his purpose. While serving GOD and his purpose, GOD blessed Adam with a help meet. Alot of women sole purpose is looking to find a man. I was referencing to those women. Wanting a man because you are lonely or unhappy with your single life is a horrible reason to want to be in a relationship. It's alot of people that are married and still feel lonely and are unhappy.

God designed us that way. people are over thinking it and saying they just need to accept being single. for a woman there is only so much time we have. i my self will not accept being single . its not a way of life i enjoy. i need companionship. some women dont want that, theyd rather be single. thats their thing. not for me.

Still working on myself. Grew up in a toxic family, with a narcissistic father and a codependent mum. I wasn't taught to negotiate and make concessions. I tend to people please instead of standing my ground. To be honest, you cannot engage in a relationship like that. Still have a lot to do. I am learning to love myself and to negotiate. I don't want to back down, when tough conversations are needed. Bought a couple of coats and 👗. I read, I meditate and journal. I 🚶‍♀️, I 🏊‍♂️ and attend my 💃 class. I am on my feminine journey too. There’s also some women who don’t have likeable personalities, some friends I had were very superficial, judgmental very critical, cutting me off when I speak, very opinionated about me w.o trying to get to know me& had a stink attitude, poor conversation skills the list goes on .. so if I don’t want to be friends with her imagine a man dating her .. the crazy part is they don’t think they’re the problem. I’ve met men who really don’t care what she wears but he loves her energy and how she makes him feel. I think women suffering in dating might have to look in the personality department

I recently looked into what makes a man marry a woman, & was surprised to see how little it had to do with looks. Yes looks is a factor, but at the end of the day men want to feel supported, championed & appreciated. They also want a nurturing woman that they can bring home to their parents, friends, work colleagues etc. Like one article said; your parents & people dgaf what she looks like because looks won’t benefit them. They just want to make sure you’re being treated well.

@Priscilla I don’t always feel confident in my bare face but that’s usually when my skin is acting up. So I really try to have a consistent face care routine, which helps. @Priscilla I have some scars too but I’m not self conscious about them, they are really a talking point and way to share a story of how I almost died but lived! I guess I just had a lot of affirmations on my appearance as a kid so that was never an issue for me! Maybe you could talk to a counselor that specializes in physical confidence. Because as long as you are healthy and doing your best, I have found that guys will still be attracted to you despite being out of the cultural beauty norm. I would think that if you wore makeup but were honest at some point about the rosacea, a mature guy would understand. I’m sorry about the rosacea though; I have seen young girls with it and always felt bad for them.

1:09 This is exactly what I said in the comment section on one of your previous videos!! You never responded to the comment and now there is a whole video about it. Nice to know you were able to take a look at it from a different set of lenses. Ladies: All men dont want you to be in the BEST shape BEFORE he commits to you!! You are who YOU attract! I am married, but I still enjoy watching TG I was Chunky when we met he was Stocky I was working towards entrepreneurship he already had a business established. I talk alot and have a very broad mind he is a walking encyclopedia. I have a smart mouth and he spits FLAMES!! I love managing the household children and business and he loves being the BOSS and making Leadership decisions in our relationship. We are a reflection of each other. Stop focusing on what you as a woman need to do to get a man! Focus on loving yourself and allow your journey with God and a man to unfold. TG can't tell you how to get a man, because your story was already written before you were born. He can only assist you on the MINDSET of a man.
@candacewalton9456
@candacewalton9456 2 жыл бұрын
I love this and it was articulated well!! This is similar to the comment I wanted to post today after watching this video. I love TG and have been binge watching for the last week or so. He’s definitely helped me reconcile some things within my own heart and life and I’m grateful. I agree that there should be a healthy balance concerning the physical, spiritual and mental. Unfortunately most feel the need to only focus on the exterior and it appears they are getting more attention from men. No ones paying attention to the longer term outcome. Most still settle or are single. I’ve had silver hair since my 20s. I’ve finally decided to stop coloring it and be authentic as this is something important to me across the board. I realized sometimes we pick things to “hide” behind… be it makeup, hair/wigs, clothes. It gives a false confidence, in my opinion. Many don’t present the same person without the treatments, the dye, the clothing or the makeup/lashes. I practice being happy and confident from within. If there’s anything 2020 taught us, it’s we are still who we are under all of those treatments and that life still has a way of exposing our weaknesses. A lot of people/celebrities changed dramatically without them. Their insecurity is to not be “average”. I’m saying all of this to say, that I simply didn’t want to allow my hair to be silver because I was worried about what other people thought, even to my detriment. My hair hates color and regardless of the professional taking care of it, it breaks.. same with my edges. I also realized I was hiding behind the color for compliments and validation. Interestingly enough, I didn’t feel the need to care for my true self as much because I had a certain look that people liked. Now I’m in a place of redefining myself, amongst the dating pool. I loved when you said we are mirrors of each other and we attract who we are. I absolutely believe that. Not who we dressed ourselves up to be, but who we truly are. This statement alone helped me during times of self reflection. If we become who and what we want and allow that person to appear.. not their representative or their potential, but see them as they are, we will be just fine. TG is a great resource, but even still, take some things with a grain of salt and pray, to make sure you understand the fullness of the message presented. I’m very happy you found your love and all of the traits you desire. It’s a beautiful thing. May you continue to be blessed.

When you are not finding the things you need in someone or in a relationship, rather than settle you chose being single. It took a long time to love me but dang it I do and aloneness has been the best time to become the best version of me before God sends me the love of my life. Lol 😂😂😂 the wig part! GOT TO BE ON POINT!!! I honestly believe you are NOT TRULY going to be happy with anyone else until you get holy being by yourself! No one can fill the spaces that Yahweh and self-satisfaction bring! Godly contentment is a MUST have! I sadly regret, that many people in today’s society are VAIN! If it’s not chasing money, it’s trying to look like money! Can’t we all just be where we are at and love it! I love this joy and peace I have! I do not want ANY stressors trying to get what someone else has! My measuring stick, is to be more like Jesus daily! Jesus was just a regular carpenter, with an extraordinary gift (on the physical side)! In the SPIRIT, Jesus was EVERYTHING!!! I want to have EVERYTHING in the Spirit! Yet enjoy my fleshly life!

You don’t need a BBL a you need G-Y-M a that’s is 100 pct correct the endorphins and confidence and pride you get from working out you can’t purchase! Women need to lift weights 5-20 lbs good in 3 reps of 10,12,15 whatever you can handle. 20 mins of cardio via bike or walking or whatever and eat smaller portions split meals. It’s not too hard! I lost and kept off 40 lbs for 4 years even through Lockdown/Covid

The thing about “rudeness” is that’s it’s very subjective. I’ve been called rude for simply stating the truth … I’m not an impolite person … sometimes people give you feedback based on their insecurities not yours. That’s been a challenge for me. Being able to accept accurate feedback that’s authentic and not based on projections or other’s insecurities Great video overall though! All very valid, and I set up an appointment for emsculpt 🤣🙌🏾

Yes! Tbh I think most people DO NOT like when the truth comes in a package they find unattractive or less appealing. The key is DISCERNMENT. We need the guidance of the Holy Spirit because without it, we may find ourselves with a person/people living a life God never intended us to have. Also, part of being a truth teller means you see through people. Unless you’re dealing with someone who is humble and can accept hearing the truth about themselves, there’s no “nice” way to tell it.

Let me add that I’m pretty sure I fall in the category of “Doing my work” and “On a mission” as to why I “choose” to be single. I am so excited about the day that my next partner meets me, but for now, I am truly content and grateful for everything I’ve learned how to be while being with ME. I have learned things alone that I’m positive I would’ve never learned with someone. I treat me how I would want someone else to, I love me how I would want someone else to… and to be quite honest, I have learned that I could never as allow someone to treat me less than I treat myself, I set the standard. I don’t even have a type anymore, because I have come to appreciate Good quality. I desire someone who makes me feel excited to let them join my party of 1 because I enjoy me!

Tony this video was soooo good! As they all are!! But focusing on YOU as a single is important. In my season of singleness, I am doing just that, focusing on the 3 B’s; I am focused on my health, I am doing personal development daily, & I am completing my courses to start my coaching business. Right now that’s the season God has me in, working on me & building my brand. When it’s time for me to receive my King, it will be in God’s timing, not mine. Right now, loving me is key & that’s my focus, & my relationship with God.

I feel what you are saying. I don't feel normal walking outside without looking decent. I feel like it's hard sometimes because when I go out where I am. Everyone just have a t-shirt and leggings. No hair, or just straight hair and it's not put together nicely and no kept nails and barely dressed appropriately for the weather. I used to try and blend in. From the ages 17-24. Cause I didn't like attention but I like to be kept together, always have my nails done and hair in a style. I even got smack for looking nice in my youth , such as people asking me why I always have my hair and nails done or wearing purse's.I was raised to do certain thing in comparison to others. It stuck with me. As I've gotten older,and matured I am learning to ignore my surroundings and just look amazing, and if I stand out it's okay. I developed bad habits from trying to blend with my surroundings though. I have also been wanting to wear my natural hair permanently as of recently. I just feel like wearing wigs are strange for me. I just woke up feeling that way and I just feel bad putting them on. I have been debating on how to maintain my natural hair and not looking "unkept" in a "eurosentric" environment. I've also noticed people will have their hair done but no nails, no nice clothing, nothing else but a nice body. So looking at everything I just find things to be strange. I feel more comfortable just being myself and creating my own style. I came to a realization that I will attract those who are ment for me.. hopefully However the advice given here has made me think about " worldly style" and what's appealing around me again. Is being clean/kept but in your own style more of a hindrance? Cause I honestly just Been feeling like as long as I feel confident, clean and joyful the real thing will come my way. I've been observing everyone lately and thinking hard but I noticed these things.

Thanks for sharing this Tony! Because of you I upgraded my wardrobe and took a closer look at my clothes. One thing I recommend single ladies STOP going outside in yoga/gym attire. Get dresses! I really looked at my wardrobe because even though 2015 was six years ago, some things even in that year can look outdated.
