It's sad what community did to Amond Us. I started playing it in March 2019, and everything was different. People were actually not trolling and it was a great game with great community. I have played it a lot, every player treated the game seriously and most of people were friendly, there were not so much players so I even met same people in different lobbies. After 2020 game is just not the same, people troll without any reason, new player models, cringe videos and memes. New player models are not as good as before, it's unpopular but it's good it lost hype and popularity. Now there are fewer trolls and it's like 2019 again. The only thing that still hurts me, is that Among Us will be always labeled as childish, immature and cringe because of the amount of kids that played the game and cringy videos for kids about among us. Among Us in the same state as it was 4 years ago.

When playing before the trolls were so rare that when a troll destroyed a match everyone at the end was like "lol" and laughed, now its just most matches r like this

Among Us would never really be *Dead* precisely because it added a lot of unintended trends to the culture. It is more correct to say that they have settled in a position much less then their height but a lot better then when they started. Hopefully made sufficient money to fund any other games they want to make in the future. The merch and swag that come from the artwork should be sufficient to sustain a reduce community. And I think such games can occasionally get a surge during bad times or periods of nostalgia.

Yeah, I still play at time and time to but not as much as I used to the updates, take way too long and the new stupid AFK rule apparently killers aren’t allowed to kill anymore.

i remember playing it before it exploded, it was so much better, and im not saying "GRRR EVERY GAMES GETS BAD WHEN IT GETS POPULAR", absolutly not, when the game got popular I was happy about it, new players, more updates, it seemed so good, but gosh Innersloth just screwed everything, the chat box system maked the game lose so many players, and yes I know it was to prevent predadors, but you dont solve a problem by creating 5 others, the horrible map design in map 4 and 5, the lack of meaningful content, I love innersloth games, my frist deception game was among us, one of my frist games ive played was henry stickman, but this company just killed among us, no updates, server issues to this day, I log into a match and theres 5 different laguages because of the lack of players, its just sad, it was thousands of players on steam but I can baraly find a playable match, I just wish it was enjoyable again, I wanted to enjoy the Fungle update but the server issues, the map design, the lack of replayability, it just seems they dont work on roles,good maps or any meaningful content, the Fungle is not a all-bad map, but I would much prefer a smaller map like MiraHQ,Skeld or Polus than a giant map with so many horrible design problems that almost unplayable (and no. them being a indie studio is not a excuse, they should have just made among us 2, because its clear thats among us is made on spagheti code)

I feel like you also should’ve mentioned that a lot of people started leaving because updates took way too long. It took a year just to get one update that didn’t add much also I left because of the new afk roll apparently the most crewmates doing your objective isn’t allowed lol

I personally feel that 2020 was a crazy year. With all the lockdowns and covid. But games like among us, and others kept gamers accupied. Despite what was going on in the outside world, mivie apps and gaming apps was thriving. Me and my friends made our own among us lobbies and it was super fun. I didn't even know the game existed till end of 2019 and start of 2020. It was also good for KZbin streamers. In all honesty like among us and fall guys fell off, because everyone could go back ourtside again. And like a comment said on here, lots of kids started to play it and make it cheesy. Especially with the trolling and so on. Before people played it legit and was actually thinking. And too many mods were added. But i like to say the good time i had was in 2020 playing this with my friends, and i will always remember that and uno, fall guys, phasmophobia... Thank you among us, 2020 was hard for all of us and that game brought great joy.

It's easy to explain, KZbinrs videoed themselves playing and after 30 odd play throughs, the audience can see basically after several hours, there's zero things to do. Hunters kill, survives fix a shop and that's it.

I wouldn't say its much about the grind, its more about how people started to try hard in among us way too much, I remember when I started playing it was the most fun that I ever had cuz no one was sweating to win every time but at the end the game got so sweaty that u could have won the game from one singular round and it wasn't even fun anymore. The game was about having fun and not constantly having to win, but hey that's just my own opinion.

Well a candle that shines twice as bright burns half as long, or in this case an Indy Game that absolutely nobody has heard of with a relatively short life span basically dies within a month after the whole world learns about it’s existence. So what killed Among Sus? It’s simple, Among Us is a party game which by it’s very nature is designed to be a novel concept that’s not meant to last very long. Like all other board games are designed since they mostly only contain just enough content for one or maybe two play sessions if you’re lucky before it starts getting repetitive & stale.

Among us needs to come back everyone misses it and needs it back its like among us is deleted forever so it should come backand do a redo so everyone can enjoy playing it again it should be like roblox where if u say s thng bad it will. Ban u its better for it to be overprotective but not like the chat type everyone misses free chat they should do among us2 so it can revive back and youtubers can go back playing it.

C2 S2 COULD NOT be bored by ANYTHING boy . And I am not biest about C2S2 Fortnite , cuz C4S1 and C4S2 and C4S3 are WAAAAAY better , BUT C2S2 was a great season nonetheless

Things are only made for hype in todays age combine that with peoples short attention spans and desire to go viral and fit in at the moment. In today’s society things get big and popular, then die out in a week month or year. Nothing has any lasting appeal anymore.

Innersloth has to make another game its been 4-5 years it better should be intresting here is how to make it:first add a box and objective and how to play and the objective is to get the box and drive in the road he thing is the road is dangoreus and once ypu reach to the destenation go to the house and deliver thier package this will be a delivery game for innersloth and also they can customize thier delivery truck and it should be called DELIVERY! with a "!" Personal opinion i might not like gta6 First i wont be able to play with with the amount of realistic shit going in it. Second reason is because i heard its going to toned down. Like culturally or just over all. Which i dont like.
