124.8 grams , increase ur calories burn, lift weights (heavy weights because u can ,cardio for 15min thats it and in about 1.5 years u ll be at 70-80 kg 👌 Best of luck. Dont forget stretching after every session.

Good info! The main problem with protein shakes is that they do not have any fiber and so, if u do not consume suff water, it may clog u up (constipation). I suggest mixing protein shakes with berries, etc. for fiber -- u can even add soluble fiber, if available. You can also use at least 2 tbl spoons 'sat isabgol' (psyllium husk) throughout the day (1 tbl spoon with at least 250 ml of water) for additional fiber.

1 egg contains 6g protein ..so atleast take 10 eggs per day + protein supppiment...i scoop is equal to 25 to 35 g..... Sum up 85 to 95 g protein is enough ...if your weight is below 80
