Why are dead space action figures so expensive

I too got very lucky. Back in 2010 or so, I was only 10 years olds and Dead Space 1 was already out. Every weekend my brother and I go to a comic/ collectibles store in the downtown area. This store had almost anything you were looking for. We picked up 2 Issac Clarkes from Dead Space 1. One with plasma cutter and the other with sawblade. Few years after we saw the Dead Space 2 figures in stock so we got those too. Still have 3 oit of the 4 figures. Really wish Neca went back to video licenses.

appreciate your commentary on this man! I’ve been playing through the first game for the first time and I randomly remembered this old Dead Space figure my uncle had when I was a kid. It got me curious and sent me down the rabbit hole of Dead Space action figures. I’m 80% sure it was the NECA figure you have here in this video. It’s wild how expensive the figures are now!! Anyways thanks again for your insight.

I got very lucky with my figures and I paid about 200 dollars for the neckromorph, dead space 1 Isaac, and dead space 2 Isaac. But one of the points I feel like you failed to mention in this video is that, its a dark, gruesome, bloody horror game, there isn't going to be as much kids running around on dead space than the original star wars or something like that. So just about the only people that are going to be playing the game and buying these figures are adults but adults are less willing to buy an action figure. Plus you really had to love the game to drop that amount of money on a dead space figure, some people just loved the game as much as everyone else but never got the figure because they just aren't interested in buying an action figure. So, that's the reason why the dead space action.figures are so rare.

I'm from Iraq, we don't have a fancy comic shop or comic con back then so its nearly impossible to find action figures except for cheap batman, spider man and such thing, so by pure coincidence found this only man who have a whole set of Warcraft, terminator, resident evil and deep space and only one set each so I buy it all spend about 300$ for all ( believe me it was tow months worth of working money) after that I get old married and have kids and boxing it in the store and forget about it , till this year when I see there is huge market in my country for action figures start to grow and decide to back again just to find out that the set of three isac is rare and I'm the only one in my whole country have the full set 😄 and everyone want to buy my black Isaac, you will not believe the offers 😄, but I always refuse it , and I've made amazing collection and really happy with it, many thanks for the video👍👍👍

Honestly still trying to get the one from the first game, recently took out the second one from my storage and I was hella surprised of how well it help up after so many years. I don’t know what screw driver to undue the back so I can change the battery

Take out both it won’t hurt. And it should be easy to put them back in when you’re done. The hard part is going to be finding a battery. I don’t think my batteries were marked/labeled.
