I used to not be able to handle my methadone and I was on seroquel mostly because I liked to nod out and I would nod out in the worst places like at stop signs while I was driving. I lost many jobs for falling asleep, I was even kicked out of driving class 2x after my license was suspended for crashing so many times it was super embarrassing but after I stopped taking seroquel I stopped doing that. I literally crashed 9 cars in 1 year and totaled 10 because one was in my driveway I just nodded out with my foot on the gas and I blew the engine. I once nodded out and hit a curb and popped my tire directly in front of a tire shop. Zanex does it too me too but I haven’t taken that in years because it also makes me act like a lunatic. I still like my methadone nod but it’s pretty rare it only happens sometimes and I can control it not like with seroquel, I would be totally fine and I would just randomly fall asleep and crash my car. I have been on methadone for 13 years maybe even more I lost track and most likely will be for the rest of my life tbh.

​@samsalamander8147 I can't relate to the methadone but I was prescribed seroquel v early in my childhood and Vyvanse and I was in charge of taking my medicine and I'd often nod off or fight it heavy on seroquel like you said I'd be fine then I'd almost collapse from just utter loss of muscle control I'd feel weak many times my mom would find my face drooling over a cereal bowl or mid making a snack I even mixed up my prescriptions and take it early in the morning and go to school and nod at the desks many times the teachers would pull me out of class to see if I was okay didnt love that period of my life but it helped curb me from doing things like that in my future I appreciate you sharing as well hope you're good
