I generally take all season just to get to level 20 for the stardust because of the constant 51% win percentage and constant hard countering just gets old.

i think one of the main problems is how hard it tries to push the 50/50 win loss ratio. there have been days where the first ten battles i can sweep with one pokemon and no sheilds used, then the next ten are all the most perfect counters crafted by the most genius pokemon AI in the world where i get flattened no matter how good i play. and the end result feels the same. beating someones 1200 cp eeveelution team in the ultra league doesnt feel any more fun than getting flattened by someone with three perfect counters and a optimal leed, even if its technicaly a win every other game, they all feel bad to play.

We all feel the same way, it is unffair. I cant pass 2.200 Elo, as soon as i hit that mark i get hard countered.

Have no time to play GO Battle League, takes forever to play and sooo buggy. Plus I don't have the enthusiasm to have multiple rosters of crippled Pokemon to play all the different Leagues, if I have to lookup external websites to work out what are the best IV's to play, I consider this part of the game lacking.

I mean GBL has a hidden elo, frame drops, denied attacks, etc. You just gotta go in there and not expect everything to go perfect. Unfortunately niantic has no incentive to fix things completely. You just gotta chill, try some new stuffing GBL and it will eventually even out. In the end, even if there are a lot of frame drops etc they get them too sometimes. Everyone gets the glitches. If you focus on working on the things you can work on to improve in GBL you will still go positive if you are overall better than the people they put you against. Ik it still sucks, but that's all we have left.

Yeah a lot of people may have enough stardust or can be more selective. You can get a moment of fun with certain wins, but the issues and crashes and time sucks.

The shadow Ho-oh event was abysmal. Tons of issues with the app crashing (and thus losing your raid pass and being unable to join the raid group you were in) and Ho-oh wasn’t able to get Sacred Fire by charged TM as advertised.

@@C-KRET For real-real. And when trying to catch it, it “attacks” non-stop. There’s no rest/idle animation. So it’s a tricky catch if you want to land an excellent hit. Or any hit for that matter.

People are quitting the whole game. So many friends on my friends list don’t log in anymore and I only started playing 6 months ago. I’ve stopped spending money on it almost completely because it’s an endless money pit. Idk if I’ve ever played a game that’s so heavily monetized. I feel burned out and PvP is just purely frustrating to me. I only do it when I need TMs

My thoughts on gbl: get rid of the charge system and switch to a count down timer for strong moves, that increases the time between attacks after each use (to stop spamming), blind auto lock in picks after reaching rank 20.

Yeah I’m the same way. I used to play almost all sets. Now it’s maybe one set a day. Currently at 2470 elo and don’t want to play because I know the algo is going to hit me hard before Veteran. I hit legend a couple seasons back but the motivation for the grind is not there anymore. I usually just hit Veteran and stop unless the expert outfit is cool.

gbl used to be so fun always looked forward to but as time goes by more and more issues come up not even getting niantics attention game crushes,enemy cheats etc. Glad i stopped doing this i can't even believe i still see some people playing gbl despite it being ignored by the company

I _finally_ as of just now have gotten my Platinum Master League Medal! I’m so glad! Now I _never_ have to touch that vile cesspool again. I’m only on about 550 and 400 wins for the Great and Ultra League respectively. So I’ve got _that_ BS to still get through.

I started playing Pokémon poket tcg and find it less frustrating and grindy. I don’t feel like I have to constantly play it for scraps as a free to play player. I been login on pogo just to get my free xl candy when for my 98% kyogre.

SV Pokémon aren't getting dmax forms because it's a gen 8 mechanic. Dmax was exclusive for Sword and Shield. If anything we'll see gen 9 Pokémon in ZA, and TPC might give one or two mega forms. Heck, don't expect a lot of new shinier for a while. Gen 8 and 9 are infamous for shiny locks, and whatever people datamined in SV looks really bad.

You have a team of six monsters (I imagine you’d pick them at the start of the new round of five) and then before each of the five matches, you select three of those six to battle with in the match. Not unlike in Pokémon Stadium on the N64.

I just got bored on pokemon go in general is always the same old crappy spawns noone really cares for raids even since you could remote raids a shadow I still see the raid part dead. It's all Niantic fault and there stupid ways that got them there. Niantic doesn't care about it's player base it's clear in there terms of service.

I pretty much have PoGO uninstalled at this point. It's pretty much dead in my city in terms of players, so raids are hard to complete from 4 stars up (and from 3 stars up in the case of Dinamax raids), and with the GO Battle being busted I just didn't have much to do in the game, so I lost interest pretty quickly and dropped

I work overnights so battling for me sometimes is okay I guess I can go 3/5 or 1/5 it's really tilting to be honest. When I use "top meta teams" just to get countered or the game freezes and I have to either shield or just surrender
