Same in panchayat elections. Most of the women in panchayat are nothing but puppet heats, power is still controlled by men. First of all, most of the women don't even care about politics deeply and usually say what they see on the face, joining it is a story of far ahead, politics is a dirty mud(accept it not) most women don't want to enter mud which they can't control, besides people likely don't give votes on the name of women, It is just hard to accept since women are generally more empathic and emotional comparing to men. you need to know when to be a cold heart, that's why only strong women can be seen in higher ups. I am not saying there isn't prejudice against women, but there are also some reasons behind those prejudice. And change in system that has been ongoing from years is also a major reason.

The main issue in India is security. The emergency helpline is a joke in most states and self defence is never taught. I don't need to tell you about the police. Most problems stem from that. Although there are patriarchal cultures in India that still think of girls as a burden, however the majority want women to be successful but they are so afraid that something will happen to women if they work late at night or travel alone that they discourage girls from professions where they will be required to do so frequently. At local levels they feel that the community can protect women however if it is at a level where they have to travel alone then they become very reluctant to let the girls go. I bet this reservation will also see mostly women from political families and not common women.

@@mohanapriya4797 LOL did anybody stop women from becoming Plumbers or Construction Workers or Oil Rig Workers or Mechanics or Carpenters? These are dangerous jobs that involve a lot of effort and getting dirty. There are practically zero women in those professions because they don't even dream of joining or even training in those professions. Oil Rig Workers get paid really well. Why don't women join? Women want the glory without the pain and suffering and without facing death without facing failure. Why no women in special forces? Why no conscription of women in military except in Israel even there are many exemptions. The truth is women don't like to work even in office jobs, they leave earliest even the young, single, unmarried, independent ones living alone. They barely contribute. They want position, power and money to be just handed to them. There have been many Female Chief Ministers and Ministers in India since Independence. What was their contribution to development of the states and constituences they were in charge of? Sheila Dixit was CM of Delhi since I was 11 years old till I was 26. When she became CM I was in class 6, a few years later I left India lived in several European countries altogether for more than a decade, finished my schooling and college, worked for some years and came back to India and she was still CM of Delhi and Delhi looked the same or worse. Jayalalitha is another one, had no family but corrupt to the core and was CM for so many terms. Rabri Devi another corrupt one. There hasn't been a single good female CM of the 16 female CMs since independence. Even ministers have there been any female ministers of note? Who were actually good at their job? What about female MPs and MLAs? You want female quota on incompetence and corruption because male incompetence and corruption isn't upto standards and women are much more incompetent? Then when their constituents call out their incompetence and corruption they will use female and misogyny card and get away with it. No thanks. At least male MPs, MLAs, Ministers, CMs can be called out and put in check without worrying about them playing victim. The reason women are discriminated is because there is no accountability from them and they should be discriminated for that. And that's the reason women should not hold important political offices. Ayn Rand an intelligent woman herself said that. Indian women especially hate doing any work. If you want to see hardworking women look at Eastern and Central European women, they cook, they clean, they garden, they brew wine, they pickle vegetables they work, they take care of their kids and husband, They don't have any maid or cook or nanny. Their homes are immaculate. And they do all this happily out of pleasure and love for their family. Even in old age they do all this themselves. When kids grow up they go and cook at daughter/son's place while their daughter/son at work, after they're done with work at their own place. They have another home in the countryside , they go and look after vineyards, garden and crops and come back in evening. Indian women just want free money with no responsibilities.

क्योंकि women श्रृंगार/सजावट में उलझे हुए हैं, और यही men की सबसे बड़ी ताकत है। जब तक ये बात women समझेंगी नहीं तब तक हम men का ही राज रहेगा ❤❤❤🎉

Thanks for making the video on this topic mam..politicians are almost all corrupt but people in comments forgets males who are accused of murders, rapes, theft ,communal violence ,hate speech.. but 4 female politicians define entire womanhood in legislative representation for them... Pathetic as well as disgusting
@rickycool60837 ай бұрын
Accusations mean nothing, it is well known as most cases are fake. That being said most politicians are actually clean those who are not are not respected. Being a woman should not give you special privileges in any capacity, run for election like everyone else and make people vote for you, even women don't for women ( which is good, voting based on gender is sexist). Funny it all changed from sexism bad to sexism good if women benefit. lol

Why are we just talking about only high earning positions, why not talk about construction, agriculture, electrician, plumber, mechanic, people working in sewer system, sweepers, shopkeepers, auto-rickshaw drivers etc.

Ask any girl you know , many of them would say they want to be with a husband that earns well, ive seen so many girls be with rich guys even if they are a**holes , they do it consciously, so it's nobody fault but theirs 🤷♀️

@@modernpagan1011bro you don't have to talk about it... already there's so many women, who are working in agricultural field , in Maharashtra, Haryana, West Bengal men women both are indulge in farming...also I have seen women in doing road construction work, sweeping, etc...first you need to be free women from domestic work load , divide the household works inbetween the rest of the family members and males should also be included in that list...that time you will get to see more women in work fields And atlast,mens have no fear to be raped and molested , what Womens are feared of...most of the time they give up , because of uncomfortability and sexual harrasment they face in work place I think you are aware about the recent Spanish biker case

Better in economics, less corrupt, perform better on most levels, less vulnerable to political opportunism, proving to be good leaders - i am not sure where "Didi" fits in all of that. Not to forget "Gucci" Mahua Moitra, "National herald" Antonia Maino, "Chara ghotala" Rabri Devi and finally there is the ex-president Mrs. Pratibha Patil who possibly took more foreign trips than the foreign minister. You were saying?
@MrDevnandan7 ай бұрын
@Mintchips569 thanks for that and i agree, opportunity should be open to all but results may not be equitable always. We must accept results on the face of it and not call for undue privileges like reservation.
@shramanasarkar68488 ай бұрын
I don't know if reservation policy would work because in order to be in that list a lady has to win an election moreover I think reservation does not matter what matters the most is how prominent you are there are so many examples of veteran politicians who are women so efficiency matters the most.

You have done so many videos on women and women power but not one video on abuse of laws by India women and the business of false allegations and extorting money ruining families driving men to kill themselves, leaving kids traumatic. Also you should make videos on low representation of women in hard labour like construction, mining etc. Sure Indira Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi, Jayalalitha and Mamata Banerjee are absolute saints!

It is called the gatekeep theory in communication I think where only news that fits the ideology of the user will be brought forth. Many men support women rights but not many women support men's rights. The moment any discussion comes regarding this, the usual response : "men already have rights", "patriarchal society" and "so what we women gonna do ? We are more oppressed" the victim card springs up. Not all issues have to be about women. Even then I think men's rights would benefit women if we can address the problems face by men like neglect of mental issues , automatically crimes against women will drop .

@@Dothraki-hs4sg This lady being a managing editor clearly calls the shots.
