What I've come to realize over the years is that this is definitely one of the best channels on KZbin. Stephen and Mal stay so focused and dedicated on making content and uploading videos for us to watch all the time. Was anyone else really touched by Stephen's gift to Emile, the Mother 1, 2 and 3 logos? Like, yes, I always love watching Emile give Stephen and Mal new consoles out of the neverending hole that is his generous heart, but Stephen's gift fits perfectly with Emile's Earthbound shrine and gave it more of a personal touch. Emile spent so much time and money to give one of his favorite games (and the reason he started doing Let's Plays) a large, physical presence in his house, but Stephen made him a physical representation connecting the shrine to Emile's early Let's Plays. That alone made me emotional and hearing that same emotion in Emile's voice when he found it almost made me cry. This entire video is a whole bottle of emotions disguised as a lighthearted present exchange, and it's already one of my favorite StephenVlog videos (videos? episodes? days?) of all time.

Nashor It's stuff that has meaning or made or put a lot of thought in. Example the lamp and the logos and whatnot. Stephen is not a rich man but he and Mal put their whole hearts into gifts. Emile knows what is most helpful to Stephen's life while they know what he would find the most fun. He can go out and buy anything but a lovely gift from a friend means more.
