If perfectly maintained, they more be more reliable. However, if priced high they should be avoided. The current vehicle should be retained.

Until people stop paying these ridiculous prices for these used cars the insanity will continue. I have been steering all my friends to just buy new because you don't know what the used car has gone through, and you can get a better interest rate on a new car. Just say no to overpriced used cars. Only then will it stop.

weh have gone to all hybrid only in australia for most toyota's up to the rav4 i think and the hatch we get down here is hybrid as well no more just ice cars all hybrids

Toyota reliability has dropped to "average", now a days. I've had several toyotas in the past, but with the perceived overvalue and overpriced of toyotas, I decided to switch to team Honda(2024 Civic & 2024 Pilot) as they have the better bang for buck prices.
