Thank you, thank you, thank you. I've taken an upaid leave of absence from my job because of burn out. I like my work but feel like I can't do it well with all the overhead spin and volume. I've lost confidence in myself and felt like a failure for years. Your videos are incredibly helpful as I recover. 🙏
