Honestly havent felt this inner serenity in a long time. Hello Yash, I don't think you understand what you're doing here man. I'm 24 year's man from South Africa and discovering your channel is one of the best things that has happened in my life. I suffered growing up from all levels and troubled even by suicidal thoughts ( attempted once) it got to the point where I was sick of myself, God and life it self. By grace something lured me to meditation and something started to open and I discovered Mooji on KZbin and I understood everything he was saying. I surrendered and I went to what you would call an 'ego death'. I thought that was the end but it was just the Beginning. Problem I became complacent I continued with PMO the excuse was nothing can happen to me because 'I'm this untouchable, unreachable, unknowable awareness' And I still became a slave to PMO as conscious and "awakened" as I was. I knew it was a problem deep in my heart but it so difficult to quit, like close to impossible. After breaks and relapses I finally went for 2 weeks without PMO ( that was the longest I have went for about a decade). On the brink of another relapse KZbin recommended on of videos and I started to binge watch them. So refreshing! You saved me man. It 4 months now without PMO. I just couldnt stop being a victim to lust and the sexual instinct, etc. But This is the karma we have to feel and bear of growing and transcending the sexual instinct. It takes time. I feel good inside now and my level of awareness is expanding, it will be really stupid of me to go back to that life again, it a dark hole. But as you said 'spiritual awakening' is eternal it doesn't end and we must always be vigilant. I take each day as it presents itself and remain inside my heart although things are not going well my material world ( one of my karma I guess). Thanks again brother :)
