It is not the book that changed your life, but you. The book can only guide you to make the change but you are the one who gave that gift to yourself. Thank you for choosing love ❤️

Look how far we've come! If you listen to your dreams and that place you knew that was so familiar, life is brought back to your soul and you feel like you can jump and touch the sky. Thanks for reminding us that our intuition is our North Star ★

Joseph, thank you for sharing your insights from your intuition to help us stay connected to ours. Once you know, it’s hard to unknow. It’s amazing how this little voice/feeling has always been within us and we never acknowledge it until we realize it’s two different voices/feelings. Sometimes it’s difficult to do the things we know we should but when we do, life always rewards us. Thank you for helping me build a good relationship with my intuition. I’m forever grateful. ❤

Hi, Joseph! First of all thanks a lot for uploading FREE audiobook. I just have one question. Should people who have OCD follow their intuition/inner wisdom/gut feeling? Like when we ask ourself a question that what would I wanna do in future (career-wise i mean), some answers do come up through our intuition/gut-feeling. But what if that thing which my intuition is telling me to work on is just an obsession for a certain period of time (for ocd ppl obsessions keep changing after certain period of time)? So for people who have OCD, is following intuition a right thing to do? Or should they(neurodivergents) take the good old path of realistic & logical decisions based on analysing past and future keeping in mind what we really can do or can't do? OCD is an actual brain illness and so we see distorted view of reality and we can never view the given situation with that clarity as compared to neurotypicals. So What should we do? Please reply

Hello! Neurotypical and neurodivergent people both have an intuition we can follow. What’s left when we let go of negative, judgmental fearful thinking is who we truly are - our souls or heart if you will. It is your higher self. This is your intuition. It is the decision that feels most expansive, aligned and unknown in the present moment and is rooted in love. Thinking is rooted in fear. When using this lens it becomes easier to identify which one is which so you know what to follow. It may help to ask yourself what does my heart or intuition say? And then what does my mind/fear say? They will fill in the blanks accordingly and the answer becomes clearer. I hope this helps ❤️

@@itsjosephnguyen PURE GOLD: Your mind is the greatest salesman and knows exactly what to say to lure you back into its vicious cycle of destructive thinking. It is in this moment that you have the choice to have faith in the unknown and stay in the feeling of happiness, peace, and love or go back to the old patterns of familiar pain and psychological suffering. We can either choose to be free and unhappy in the unknown or to be confined and suffer in the familiar. Joseph Nguyen "Don't Believe Everything You Think"

Respect sir, I have read your book Don't believe everything you think. I have one question how Non-Thinking and Concentration/focus related? Is it like that when we are in Non-Thinking, we are in complete Concentration/focus?

How to know if its the heart or the mind talking?
@rin999995 ай бұрын
Hi, Joseph! Can I ask you a question? I have been preparing for the national exam for almost a year, and the exam is in 10 days. However, for several months now, I have felt unable to concentrate on studying for long periods. I have started following my heart, doing whatever I feel like. I study when I want to study, watch videos when I want to watch videos, and sleep when I want to sleep. It's as if my heart is telling me to relax and not work so hard. But I am doubtful whether this approach is good for exam preparation. Especially recently, I can hardly focus on my studies. I keep forgetting what I’ve learned, and when I see the essay questions, I can only write a little. This is not good for the exam. What should I do in this situation?😭

I don't doubt anything, I just want to learn and that's why I have these questions. Please don't see it in a defensive manner. I'm seeking your opinion on this. What is Intuition and why couldn't it be wrong for you? I believe intuition is nothing but the subconscious, and if the subconscious is trained with limiting beliefs and misleading principles about the reality than the intuition generated can't be true. I guess the bigger question to ask Is it meant to be true or is it meant to be for you? Also, is there any positive criteria for intuition? For eg. When we see an abandoned building, and get the desire to explore it accompanied by the fear of exploring it. What can be defined as intuition in this case? Is fear the intuition, or is the desire the intuition?
