I’m glad I ran into your channel from tik tok ..I heard the audio “how to not believe everything you think and how not to overthink “ . It changed my life. That’s an understatement. Thank you! I am forever grateful. Thank you for teaching how to be grateful. God bless ❤

Someone deliberately hurt me with harsh words yesterday, despite how I treated them with compassion and understanding. It hurt me for the entire day and still hurts. But I needed your calming voice to remind me that those words and thoughts reflected themselves rather than me. I am working to remind myself that their past traumas, insecurities, experiences, and perhaps bias caused them to do so, but all of it has nothing to do with me. I will enjoy the crops of my efforts; kindness and peace, just as I did to others. Thank you for this wise video. 💚

Wow for decades now, when somebody says something negative/hateful towards me, my standard response has always been: "You're opinion of me is more about YOU, than it is of ME"😅.

I needed to hear this today ! :)) My clg mates are really annoying. They keep talking shit behind my back. Even they make group and make fun of me lol. I kept overthinking about these. I know i have done so many mistakes in my past. But thats the only reason i became this stronger version of myself. ❤

i've been treated like shit by my jealous neighbour who has better house and cars , the 1st time i opened my education business in my neighbourhood, which is so strange learned that we've never made their life miserable and they've already got everything, we don't even need them if they chose not to support our business. it was a hell for me, isolation, belittling, gaslit action etc , so toxic. after 3 years, GOD has given me HIS mercy so that finally we can renovate our own house which we've been staying for over 20 years or so. some of those jealous neighbour slowly has been reducing their bad attitude knowing that we are improved financially and the fact that our house actually bigger than them but it was abandoned for such a long time coz we use our income to help our family instead of building our life. Oddly, one or two neighbours seems like trying so many times to gaslight us with their same action toward us in the past. kinda clickbait us into having a bad day. Now, i understand the meaning of : what someone treat you is a reflection of them haha. Maybe, their life is fucked up afterall:) no more drama! our life is soooo good now, we just don't need that kind of show overhere

I believe these are two of the 3 books in the series, I'm yet to check the third one. I've also followed you on Amazon so that I will be notified for any new releases 🌼

There’s an exception to this for me. I worked with a woman who was really nasty to me from the moment she met me on my first day. For over two years, she would bully me and no matter what I said or did, her attitude towards me was awful. I had to repeatedly defend myself against untrue things she would tell my boss I was doing. On my last day of work, she couldn’t hide how happy she was that I was leaving. I have NO idea why she was like this because as I said, the moment she met me, when I smiled and introduced myself, she was rude to me. To this day, she’s one of the most mean spirited people I’ve ever known. What I think of her is totally about her because it’s based on her attitude, behaviors and mistreatment. I think she’s an awful person and that’s not about me.

Marvelously explained!!! I like that statement : If a judgement comin at us It's always gonna be theirs , Who reflected it , It doesn't have to take anything with us. Conclusion is : Words are neutral , Observe without a bias , or Repulsion to 'em immediately. 😁💛
