Pity not a lot of people showed RFT some love. I really liked it cause it kept you updated about your future plans, and off the cuff topics. I know you are super busy an would like to make more time to spend with the family. But what happened to that segment where you would show cause viewers tanks? Expanding on an old ideas: how about show casing your employees tanks(if theyre up for it) cause i hear robert likes to keep strange an unique species. You could do that as a seasonal holiday special. Like produce vid early on in the year, then Chrstmas.. Easter or other public holiday comes around you could post it then as a special. (just an idea) I tried searching for your old vids to see the progression from beginning to present day. Also how your video production has evolved.( master stroke in hiring Jimmy ) It was also fascinating to see Lumont's home an other facets of his personality ( such a talented artist) Thanks Cory for trying to help the conservation of the fish (it all starts with education.) so they doht die out.

Open your big container of fish food, pour some into a little container. Feed the fish daily from the little container, the big container gets opened less often, and as a result, lasts longer.

mine like the hikari tropical micro pellets. and the neons bloat with eating flakes (some of them) but they also eat the bug bites flakes. the pellets seem good for a variety of tetras, angels, cory cats, guppies, betta, etc. the only problem is if they are to small to fit things in their mouths in which case flakes have to be it. (i realize this is 4 years ago but sometimes it's still stuff we never found answers to. or like, specific brands. the LFS, big one, rec'd the bug bites and they are right. even the kilifish was spitting out everything else yet ate those just now.)

My angelfish just stopped eating and it's freaking me out. They ate and grew like crazy til now.. I have no idea what it is. Tried a bunch of foods for them and they are like intrested but they dont eat it. Ph is stable and I only have about 2ppm No3. I need help i love my peruvian Angels :/

One of my fish, who loved to eat before suddenly stopped eating after a larger fish in the tank died. Ever since that other fish died, he refused to eat, he didn't swim around as much. He basicily stays in the same couple spot all the time now not moving at all. I checked, I don't think he's sick, I don't know what's wrong. Now that the other fish isn't there, he's the biggest fish and there's no other fish in the tank. I also recently changed the water, but he was eating just fine for half a week after the water change. Can someone give a suggestion.

My issue is that I have 12 tiger barbs and 3 of them haven’t been eating and the others are.. so that’s a bit confusing for me. And it has gotten to the point where the 3 that aren’t eating are getting really weak and look smaller then the others who do eat

The challenge with using up foods within a month is that most are sold in packages far larger than what's needed for a month by a typical hobbyist especially if there's a desire to feed a variety of foods.

You can get more longevity out of your food by putting half or more in a seal-able container and putting it in the freezer.

Wow, I’m going to weed out my opened dried food here that they don’t eat. I bought all this stuff in order to give them a variety in selection and they only seem to eat the same old stuff. Even if they just don’t like it, they will never eat it anyway. I’m thinking freeze dried is ok to keep longer because I usually rehydrate it before giving it to them?

My glowlight tetra hadn't eaten in 6 days! I bought a high quality flake weeks before and he was eating them but now he isn't. I now have a school of 4 because I had one death, I check my water every week. The one that died was having trouble swimming and his gills were deep red and he was staying away from the group. All my glowlights are acting weird and their gill covers are pointing out, they also have a few white spots and their fins are ripping. Please help!

Hi, I found my 4inch koi on the floor dry, but still alive. I was able to save him and put him back in the water. It took a while but eventually he was able to swim. He's not eating currently, and prefers alone in the other side of the tank. Should I wait for it to recover or find ways to make him eat?

I need help! I moved my redtail into a pool in my basement. Got him he was 2"long he's now 17. He's in a temporary setup for now plenty of room he swims around like he's free water parameters are good pond is cycled. He has not Aten in 5 day and he's acting completely normal other than I noticed when he was swimming around he was Flipping on his back almost? Like almost playing but probably not.he used to stay in his cave in the 100 gallon with an Oscar now hes swimming all over but not eating bloodworms,tilapia,live comits(not sure if he can catch them looks like he goes after but than gives up) shrimp frozen and unfrozen. He used to eat from my hands and he's acting normal almost like he more happy but not eating :( please help if u can! Thanks

@@cardiosurgeon423 heyy sorry but i think i may have forgotten how they start eating..... but i think i crushed the pellets into half and some pellets into powder and gave them.......and they ate underwater!!!!.......Try crushing pellets into half or into powder and dip it under water😊

Hey man, thanks for the vid! I have 2 small fish my uncle gave me 5 years ago, later then my Uncle passed of cancer. My fish are 5 years old and they have skipped food. And there not swimming around that much anymore, there just sitting in the same spot. I just noticed that I have been having my fish the same food my uncle gave me 5 years ago, so I’m going to get the same brand of what I’m using, lol. My betta that I’ve had for 3 weeks didn’t eat like usual this morning. He has little pellets that look like blood worms. I give him 5 every morning and night. Usually I put them in one at a time and he gobbles them up. Today, he ate his first one, watched the second sink to the floor (he won’t eat off the floor, once it hits the bottom it’s waste) the third one he put in his mouth, spat it out, chased after it and put it in his mouth, spat it out again and kept doing that until it hit the ground. Then he watched the next one sink to the bottom.
