When you hire a coach 10 games before the world cup for a team who are completely unorganized and playing like garbage, you have to at least allow the coach to experiment a bit and reality test his ideas. Argentina were far more vicious in attack without their top players in these friendlies than they were in the qualifiers. I will admit though that sampaoli needs to take a more conservative defensive approach instead of the high press he did against Spain.

Everyone acting like messi plays with shit players in argentina. He has aguero who is top tier. Higuain is another top quality striker. Di maria is solid. They have a good midfield. People act like its all on his team fault but neglect the fact he missed a penalty in the copa america and missed a sitter in the world cup
