Do you guys also like this with a pronation bias? (strap around thumb, maybe padding the back of the hand for a longer lever)

How is this any good for your neck ? I was doing something similar for weeks and came up with a lot of pain in my neck since its directly influenced by the weight force in the first moment of this backpressure motion. So the blood channel between my spine and brain was distorted and I got dizzy during training a lot due to blood flow and oxygen support failures! I had to go to the chiropractic to fix it. Do you experience similar problems ?

If you get neck problems from doing this I think you need a better general fitness base (more and stronger muscle in the upper body). And, there are several exersizes that you could do instead :)

Its good one, im on 50kg (2-3 reps for the moment) but can't expect more after few months ;d. Anyway i saw Levan and Irakli do 90kg which im aiming in future (however i do not know if its possible to achieve without some extra help of anabolics... its insane weight on 1 hand)

@@KFahadNazeer 36 kg is good for your bodyweight bro.. but it also depends on how clean you do the exercise.. for example if you use alot of momentum and stuff thats why I rather go lighter and work full range of motion and less swinging and stuff to really train those muscles we want

I prefer hooking the strap to my thumb and strap on the outside of hand so you do pronation at the same time.

Guys help me out, i need to spend a month without being able to practice arm-wrestling, and while not having a gym available. I can go to a near park with dips and a pullup bar. Is there an option to train pronation and cup without a gym? Please guys let me know, i need to attend a competition shortly after this period

Guys don't get me wrong but it is not back pressure move. You putting elbow inside your body it is half elbow ligament work half back pressure half biceps. When you train back pressure your hand must be straight + elbow must not be put inside your body. Everything must be straight. 9.26 Ray you don't use your back pressure on table like this. 7.46 Janis not applying back pressure on table like this. It is cheating. Back pressure must be straght hand elbow everything in 1 line. Like on the table.
