Excellent analogy, Tim. This applies to so many things in life. My art is writing and doing it everyday is something I struggle with. Instead of trying to get a little bit better everyday or just trusting the process and knowing that I will get better if I just sit down and do it, I find myself thinking too much about this giant end goal of being a great writer and then the task feels insurmountable. Next thing you know, I haven't written in days, weeks or months. This video is a great reminder that consistent effort over an extended period of time produces favorable results. Glad to see you uploading regularly again.
