It becomes obvious it's hard to get separation without both London and Mooney on the field. Mooney has been nursing a hamstring injury and it shows. It was a problem last year and the year before that. We had a LOT of injuries and I had prepared myself mentally for the loss before the game. Defense is only ok near the end zone.

Firing Lake won't help the defense. To make a mid-season switch is tough. It's multi issues on defense including personnel, injuries, etc. No way Rah makes a change. If people are waiting on that you may have to wait two seasons

Firing coordinators is not the solution. But you know what is? Coordinators admitting their scheme doesn’t fit the strengths of their players and change accordingly. But most of the time they are too proud in their scheme to do so.

Teams figured out that their offense can pass all day on our defense and if they get a lead our Oline cant hold up pass pro and nobody falls for the playaction. Its a complimentary game and the defense sucks ass and makes everyone else worse

The offense won’t do anything coming out of the bye. The Oline has some holding penalties ready to activate to stunt promising drives. #65 and #70 in particular specialize in blown assignments and penalties.

Ok but the offense isn't the Falcons only problem: it's the whole team including coaching and Management. They dont know how to win and they play to loose every game. Denver has one of the worse offenses in the legue but they looked like a #1 offense agains the Falcons. And you can't blame the defensive coaching if the players missed simple tackles and assignments, just go back and look at the 3 or 4 former losses and you will see how pathetic the defensive players played. 🤢

When the defense doesn’t have to account for the Qb using his legs man coverage will always be effective. I like Kirk but denying that he makes the offense one dimensional is delusional. Getting Bijan in space vs backers or drawing up plays for kyle to use his athleticism in one on one could help beat man coverage. Our screen game is also trash The defense…. God save us Our LB group is a liability in both the run and the pass. Landman over pursues in the run and look lost in coverage. Lorenzo has no business on an NFL roster. Judon is not the guy we thought he would be. Grady isnt the guy he used to be. Simmons has also been a none factor . Natrone Brooks should be moved up to a starting role
