This com day gets a 👍👍 from me, due to the fact I been after a 3rd shiny Bellsprout since 2021 discounting my shiny shadow one I evolved a few months back, I'm still in need of one for shiny Victreebel I'm glad it got a grass fast move because it has a lot of good grass and poison charge moves, preferably leaf blade I'll teach on my shiny Victreebel with magical leaf also anything 2* or better for the shiny so defo one where I play for a hour at least pick up a couple of shinies, but I just can't believe how I needed this to finish my shiny family 😂 first shiny Bellsprout was at kanto tour, 2nd from a local nest, and not got a 3rd shiny apart from my shadow one which in my opinion doesn't count but still good to have, I'm happy to finally get a regular shiny Victreebel so this c day is a win for me 💪

Honestly, the stardust bonus and potential weather boost bonus is worth it. Every comm day isnt gonna be spectacular, or else eventually none of them would be anymore. We could only cycle through the pseudos so many times without stuff like this.

Bellsprout was my first hundo, way back in 2016. I already evolved it to Victreebell so I'd have to eliteTM to get the better move, but whatever I wouldn't mind some shinies though

I think comm day shiny rates are only for wild pokemon. So a grunt bellsprout would not be boosted

Nothing wrong with PVP pokemon getting comm days. I will still probably use my Venusaur but I will grind out for a good PVP IV shiny.

Only reason I am playing this is 3x Dust. Wishing we still got new shinies with Community Day. PvP only mons do nothing for me. 3rd starter type in CDs this year doesn't help its cause. Overall, I have 0 hype in this one.

Somewhat of a nubee here so I apologize if the answer is obvious. With 3x Stardust, if I use a Star piece will I get 6x Star dust?

Nope you will get around 4.5x Stardust. Star Pieces give you 1.5x the amount AFTER all other bonuses. So if you catch a generic pokémon during this event, you will get 300 Stardust from the catch, or 450 Stardust with a Star Piece.

Tasks for dust-boosted mons: "Hatch an Egg" CAN get you a Trubbish(750dust) which is hard to go for but i managed to stack one. The other is defeat 3 grunts which WILL give you Sableye, also 750dust. WithOUT a star piece, each one of these will give 2,250 dust for one catch. Stack em up👆👆👆

People should be WELCOMING Community Days like this. If people think this is boring? GREAT! Let it be. We can't have endless excitement. We need a frikken BREAK from time to time. No one wants to miss on a community day, but when it's like this? It means we can dip out early and do other things instead of hitting everything hard. These are good bonuses and could be a more relaxing experience. Bellsprout is one of those pokemon where getting a hundo or s shundo isn't quite the focus. Better "battle IVs" should be easier to go for. Over all, this should be a relief from so many other aspects of the game. Now let's talk about revisiting Kanto. Will we finally get Shadow Armored Mewtwo? :)

I think it’s one that will fly right over children’s heads, unless the parents explain it to their kids. I don’t partake but this is exactly the type of acceptance and normalization that leads to federal decriminalizing eventually. We gotta remember there are people rotting in state prison for criminal offenses that are completely mundane and legal purchases today in those same states.

Weed is mostly legal now, it's no different than all the commercials for every kind of medication under the sun that are everywhere to be found. I would consider it a bit more natural & innocuous then all those pills, but most of these kids know the names of their meds better than I ever will.

Drug use? You realize sugar, KZbin, caffeine, alcohol is more addictive and children watch thousands of ads and videos everyday on those 😂 heck maybe kids should be learning about weed. It's literally a lesser drug vs something like sugar and yet we see those everywhere. But weed conveniently gets the drug stamp but sugar gets to kill hundreds of people.

zero excitement for this one. There's been a 3 hour event every weekend lately and I'm ready for a break. This pokemon has zero use to me. Already have tons of candy, candy XL, good IV's, pvp IV's, shinies, shadows, etc... At best I will play for 1 hour and complete the ticket and grind out the research tasks downtown. At worst I will skip it entirely.
