Yes, 111GO and 69GO is not only confusing for us, but for RE Pros also. RE often is a risky field. Those who can take the risk, is worth for them buying land in 111GO area. Chevella side has been booming, most RE people know it and are investing there.

Definitely Supreme court will not let this happen - 1. Environmental significance 2. Protection of wildlife 3. Prevention of Flooding 4. Significance of water bodies

@@vanukurinaga Even supreme court agrees its a fast growing area but the problem is Development Vs Protection of biodiversity .. forget about Supreme court which has free will under Article 32 can exercise Judicial activism on their free will .. But NGT can act through " Principles of natural justice" which means it does not need to follow procedure established by law .. it can act on Values , Causes and Consequences on even logical intuitions .. If u see how judiciary is concerned about "Great Indian Bustard" in rajasthan even directing Electricity boards and Rajasthan state govt to make electric fenses underground mandatorily. In same way it can encourage and go to any extent to save the nature .. Definitely someone will approach court in biodiversity angle ... court will appoint a committee to oversee the implications which may take prolonged period to get the GO scrapped.

Sir, your explanation is good but, in shamshabad alone even within 11 GO, there are close to 12000 homes brand new homes a;ready built villas . you wait you lose. All those homes built are all approved and the permissions came from GHMC MRO offices itself.

Hi Sir, 200 square yards plots are owned by mostly middle class investors segment and they can only invest such large amount of money once in a lifetime. So since Government yet to provide clarity on the master plan where exactly STPs, Infrastructure, Conservation Zone, Catchment areas (these are 100% bound to happen) as mentioned in GO 69 fall in the master plan middle class investor will be in high risk they might end up in loosing land and even if the compensation is given it will be very low compare to current market price. Gramakantam areas will never be disturbed in the master plan as they are existing from past many decades. Also, these all, clearances might take sometime and on top of it infrastructure development also might take couple of years time. If middle class investor has an appetite to take risk and wait for those many years and risk taking ability then surely it will give them good returns.... !
