The fatal problem with the Giants is they are the epitome of a team that doesn't know how TO WIN 💯... with the main culprits being their Head Coach and Quarterback (with others -- Thibs, probably Shoen, etc. -- sharing a heavy dose of the same disease). Knowing HOW to win is a talent (see: Parcells, Coughin, Eli)... the current Giants don't possess this main attribute.

that's a dumb analogy, especially since baseball is a 162 game season. Baseball history is littered with teams struggling halfway thru a season, under .500 and get hot and make the playoffs. NFL is much harder to make a positive run, especially with a QB that is very limited and can't lift the team on his back like the Giants with Jones.
