I will tell you honestly Paul, Please do not stop these short videos. I enjoy listening to what you have to say, you vary the content and you don't seem to be running out of ideas. They don't need to be top quality camping vids, as you have just shown taking your little cook stove in your pocket and a mug shot. It's just something different although I do like your camps. If you could just wake up of a morning and do something spontaneous that would be great too. So all I can say is good luck and I hope you can keep living the dream.

Until you did this, I've never commented on one of your videos. I've always enjoyed watching the epic walks and camps but somehow this has been more relatable and I felt myself wanting to encourage you to keep doing it! No-one is forcing your viewers to watch every video. Maybe tag the vlog type videos as such and those that aren't interested can skip them?

I must say I've grown quite fond of the daily vlogs. As you say, we've got to see a lot more of your personality coming through, and each video feels like less of an advert for the next piece of gear. ..anyone who's ever put a video together can respect the hard work involved In putting out these daily videos. Hi Paul. In my opinion both short and long videos are great. You definitely should focus on what is best for you both enjoyable and profitable as it is your full time job. What I'd suggest though is maybe doing "pauls special" every now and then - a long video. So your loyal subscribers that love them still will have a treat 😀

I think the change in direction of this channel is great. People watch your channel because you're a relatable, friendly bloke so I think just making video's about camping isn't necessary for your continued success.

Best idea you have had. This daily content is allowing us to know the real Paul and the Missus. Love the wild camping but those are Mesner the KZbinr. Somewhat the same but businesslike. The daily rushes show you being you.Two sides of the same coin but both sides make up who you are. Keep it up.

I think you are getting it right. Not the same stuff every time is better to watch for us, me anyway. From my side of the screen, I haven’t noticed any difference in the quality, probably because I’m not watching for the quality of the production, I’m watching because I like the content and your style of delivery. Bringing your wife in just keeps it all real. For what it’s worth, I think you are doing something very few others are doing; you are letting us in and if that’s all part of letting Jo in then all the better. Ultimately the KZbin stuff might just be a vehicle to a better understood life, enjoying it while it’s happening and bring us all along. You are one of the few KZbinrs I look forward to. June has been great.👍

Hi Paul I have to agree with a lot of the comments really enjoying these short videos and if by doing them you get quality home time with Jo and family then all the better. If videos posted weekly are the same content then subscribers will no doubt turn off as it will get stale and boring, but these little video shorts have been a laugh and enjoyable great work .

a lot of people think youtube should be like watching films and tv . These guys use ££££££ on state of the art equipment and we use a wee hand held camera . People watch for the content then make a connection with the person . If people don’t like the person they move on etc . Just keep doing what you are doing and live the dream m8 . Happiness is all that matters and happiness can be found for little cost . 👍

Seeing you bring out your "pocket cook set" always brings a BIG SMILE to my face. There's something LEGENDARY about it. I remember when you first put it together... and the time you used a Leaf under it so the it wouldn't burn the surface area underneath! Those small things endear you to us. These newest videos for the "Handshake 🤝 Challenge" are like that! I'm ❤ing them! It's especially nice to see more of Jo joining in. Personally Paul, I Prefer the shorter vlogs, I sometimes struggle to watch really long ones and have to keep dipping in and out. I have found the recent ones really interesting and enjoyable watch. Keep up the good work.
