We are thinking of moving to Venice, We are Floridians that live in West Palm beach. It is just too crowded here. Venice looks to have the Smaller town Personality we are looking for. I hope it is as nice and it seems. We're taking a vacation there soon to check it out.

Wow..its like a tropical jungle and beach combined. How warm does the water feel like? And did they plant the palm trees there or is it indigenous to that area? Hello from Cape Town.

It really is a beautiful and unique beach experience. Water feels warm this time of the year and my guess is they cut the trail through the palm trees 🌴 as they are everywhere in Florida 😊

The palms on Caspersen Beach are by natural growth, Sabal palmetto are native to the coastal south east of the US.

So which beach has the gulf coast feel without much crowd? Is this the one? I'm looking at different beaches near Clearwater and St. Petersburg as well. I'm coming from NY and I'm not fond of the cold weather here. I am ready to test out the waters in Florida. I'd like to go to a nice beach at least once a week.

Clearwater beach is really crowded, treasure island beach is alittle less crowded. But I think the Casperian beach and or nook is beach both in Venice area would be so much less crowded.

Yes, the beach is pretty much gone, heartbreaking to see, but it’s nature doing its work!

My kid told me milton washed away casperson beach and the road and there are no plans to re build the road. Guess its being left to go back to nature
