This advice is so spiritual to have us break out of our shells. I've definitely had those shares of auditions where I do prepare but still the nerves go out which is bad. Most recently last year, I got to do my own solo cabaret TWICE in NYC which was a therapeutic thing I've done. That ability in connecting with the audience was such an amazing exercise to feel freer and more relaxed. Fear is truly a huge part of this industry but at the end of the day, we learn to face it.

This is a gem of advice my nerves are my biggest obstacle in auditions they are so sneaky I'll feel prepared and confident and walk into that room and die lol I'm now on the search to incorporate a relaxation technique as a part of my audition ritual

I remember I was hand pick to be extra on a few different movies and had a small speaking part lately I've been interested in getting back into business things as different needs days to many talent agencies want to take your money how can I get back in touch with the talent agencies or and send my information to the key people in film business without going through the hassle of the third party companies

Destynie Allen I wouldn’t recommend it. There are a lot of negative reviews and when I tried out for them no matter how good you are during the audition unless you’ve already done professional work you’ll be asked to pay for classes with minimal result. Try Celebrity Star Event by Adrian R’Mante

start with Central Casting in Burbank but....not until their sit says its ok "now" to come in to register...and registration is A CERTAIN TIME (COME EARLY) AND CERTAIN DAYS ONLY. You don't need photos but look as nice as you can. They take the photo and its all free................good luck
