Fulfillment is something I am searching for after a divorce and losing custody of my children. Everything that was fulfilling me ceased to exist. These struggles have given me resilience and have helped me focus on finding purpose and fulfillment. I will ultimately regain my children and I will be a better man for them, better than I already was. Thanks Bedros.

To all the guys read this: I remember back in September when you did your podcast episode right after your mother died like nothing happened. You really do practice what you preach. You are so mentally tough like a real man should be. Thank you for sharing your wisdom with the men around the world. Guys if you want to become real men listen to what Bedros is saying and implement it in your lives.

You speak from experience. I've been there. I chased happiness in the wrong way and just made my life worse...and a few other people's as well. I learnt that you have to be happy with yourself first so I did a rebuild. Fulfillment didn't come right away but here I am. Content with everything and everyone around me and that's enough for me. 👍🙏

Hey Bedros thank you for all the great content you put out there! It’s really pushed me a lot in my personal life and business. One area of life you commented on in this video is the SPIRITUAL part. You didn’t build much on that portion of life and I totally understand, this is not a religious channel. But I just really wish people understood the tremendous effect that being in a good standing with god and having a good relationship with him can have on our lives. The truth is that the problems we face in this world are spiritual problems, therefore we can’t take on them alone. Like Matthew 5:3 says: Happy are those conscious of their spiritual need! Again thank you for helping so many people and giving us so much practical advice on day to day life, but we must never forget that above all should be our relationship with god.

@bedroskeuilian I just want to take a second to thank you for all you do, I'm not much of a ppl person I stay locked in my home shop building hand crafted motorcycles and I'm beginning to make a living at it thanks to advice from guys like you which is so important to so many. I don't do much social media let alone make videos for KZbin but I've felt the pull to do so lately from a video you made a few months back but honestly didn't care to for other ppl even though my knowledge from now 2 decades of experience needs passed on before its lost then this morning I heard something that made me think and goes along with the desire to know my future grandchildren and there's as well and I realized why I have felt so strong to make videos that go against everything in my natural being, but more important I realized the purpose is for my future family who might never know me( like I never knew the men before me as they all passed young ) might be able to experience me in a way I wish I could have had with my grandpa great grandpa etc. I know this has been Long but tha k you for your time and raw no bs advice. God bless you and your family and I pray you keep helping men worldwide. Find purpose men and forget doing anything just for a click or like that's all just fleeing.

I offer my condolences regarding your mother. I like the mindset you've shared. Self improvement will never not be beneficial to you. I have long periods of maintained discipline where I'm extremely proud of myself even when my situation isn't favourable, but also struggle with falling into a rut and resetting my progress. I will break the cycle, because time waits for no one and there's much I want to achieve while my folks are still around. I want to be a man who his future children idolise through being resilient and disciplined. Thank you for uploading.

I've just moved back in with my parents. I'm 38 My father who's Retired AF. Asked me to move back, as my mom has Alzheimer's and he needed help with her. Now i don't know if i made the right move. i feel like i did however i was living with roommates and closer to work. He gave me some advice that i would def save more money by moving back. Seems like every time i try to get centered. It Shifts and someone with Alzheimer's is something i've never doubt with before. I've been so stressed out between moving/school and work. I've been majorly over eating and stressing out and have gotten inconsistent with pretty much everything. Did i do the right thing by moving back????

The world is full of paradox. For example, the way I see it, happiness is more like a dearth of misery. Or, in terms of money, it’s not necessarily that wealth inherently makes one happy. It’s just that there’s a relief from the suck-fest that is being poor. Furthermore, while health can feel good, it’s more like being sick sucks ass.
@Stevo-klo454538 ай бұрын
Another tip, make effort with people 3-1. 3 times say hi and talk, let them do it back if it’s a new friend or love interest. If they reciprocate keep slowly getting to know then. If they don’t go out of their way to talk and make effort to you in return; ignore them and see what happens. If they stop approaching you. F them and move on to others. I don’t give a crap if people disagree. People get sad most when others ignore them. It’s fact; if you chase people too much you look desperate; if you don’t make effort they think ur a snob. You must test people out tho, even if it’s someone ur sexually attracted too. Say hi, talk a few times, then let them make effort. You’ll then know if ur too clingy to back off or if they don’t like you to back off. Remember people that like you will chase you. If they don’t like you. Don’t chase and give them that validation. Ignore them and burn them silently and live your life and carry on. If they make none and ignore you , even if you tried to make eye contact or say hi, move the f on, and say f you inside you; they will hear it with your energy and move on.

To be antifragile you need to develop resiliency. Need to be tested, broken and remanded. You are not a champagne glass, once it's broken can't be replaced. The human body and the human mind is very different than the champagne glass. Since Champagne Glass is very fragile, there once it's broken cannot be put back together the same. The human Spirit and the human mind can develop stronger and more resilient, more capable each time that you deal with trauma and stress, setback, adversity, failure, loss, sadness. Develop the muscle of embracing adversity. Know that it serves a purpose in your life, resistance to build your mental and emotional muscles.

Huh, very interesting that you're talking about Antifragile, when recently, David the Good (one of my favorite gardening channels) also mentioned it in his newest book. Neat coincidence. Must be a good read. Chasing happiness led to a lot of misery and sadness in my 20's. Now I'm coming up on 44, and going through an extremely tough time right now after losing my best friend to cancer and everything that has come along with that, and I'm just kind of tanking it all. Life is bullshit and you need to learn how to handle the bullshit.

Jesus says to wait on him. He will provide more than you could ever imagine. Keep his commandments and make a way. If you want a lot of money, invest in something but first ask the Holy Spirit for direction, play mega millions (this is the one that worked out for me), I played for 2 years $20 for 10 draws but now I am a multimillionaire. God does not lie and his word does not come back to him void Isaiah 55:11. Seek first his kingdom by keeping his commandments and he will make a way where there is no way!!!!
