I just watched Caitlyns video explaining why the podcast ended and now I completely understand. She mentioned that every week the comment section of the podcast was filled with hate towards her (which I did notice at times), and now seeing people’s comments on this video i completely understand and support them ending the podcast. When my dog passed away, I lost myself entirely and dumped the guy. It gave me two years to get over the ex I wasn't fully over and also try to heal over my dog's passing. Now that I'm in a good spot, I'm in the dating stages again with the guy who I dumped. I am able to fully focus on him without comparing him to an ex bf who I wasn't over fully. I am able to appreciate every last bit of him and really be present with him and I am happier than I've ever been in my whole entire life with anyone. Thank god I'm not the only one that thought her and Caitlyn's vibes just did not match- I literally never listened to the podcast because I just felt uncomfortable with the two if that makes sense. I of course watched them together for the fun drunk videos but that was it. It seemed like their friendship stemmed from partying unfortunately. If there was a podcast with Sarah and ASHLYN- omg I would listen to that all the time. I remember being THE BIGGEST FANGIRL back in 2017 from that duo and those two together were the only two people on youtube I felt like i could truly vibe with. I actually wondered how you guys were making it work because it seemed so clear that you guys were completely incompatible professionally. Not because l dislike either one of you or thought you made bad friends- I like each of you a lot. I can just tell caitlyn is a very by the book kind of person and you’re a lot more casual and both are valid ways of working and living. I think it becomes harder when somebody has trauma about a specific part of their character, and they feel like they have to be hyper vigilant to prove everybody wrong, but then they project those standards and fears into other people and expect them to be as hyper vigilant as them in this area. I think y’all will have the capacity to work together again, but maybe there’s just some maturing that needs to occur on somebody else’s end.
