Israel scientists have proved rice can be cultivated using drip irrigation. Why not move to drip ? Fiscal deficit is our internal issue. We should move to millet and reduce rice and sugarcane.

India should set the minimum export price of rice per kg in a similar way opec countries set oil prices. The price should be higher enough to compensate the resources spent for rice cultivation/subsidy etc and make sure the farmers are benefited and their living standards are in par with the workers in other sectors.

Sir, india is endowed with fertile soils, aboundant water resources, large number of consumers.we got wet, dry lands and forests and hills and mountains. Rice consumes a lot of water, as such we should divert our attention on dry crops such as mullets grams etc. As our hon. PM sir given emphasis on increasing production of mullets if we add some additional values in them, gradually people will accostum to consume them and pressure will decrease on p duction of rice which consume plenty of water. And we can export it with increased price comosurate to farmers demand. To reduce green house affect we should increase plantation of trees on all vacant places like river embankment, seashore, on bunds of agriculture fields, hills, in forest areas, alongside of roads, and on every vacant land. This will provide livelyhood to many people, feeding to animals; stop soil erosion, wood In addition to reduce green house affect. The revenue generated can be spent on building dams interlinking of rivers, bridges manufacture of electrical vehicles which will help control air pollution, water pollution and increase income to farmers and so on. सर जितना मै सोच पा रहा हूं, कि चीन इसलिए धान का उत्पादन नही कर रहा है क्योंकि जितने resources धान उत्पादन में प्रयोग किए जाते है उतने ही same resources पर दूसरा कोई valuable product का उत्पादन हो जाता होगा जिससे उसे धान की अपेक्षा ज्यादा रेवेन्यू मिलता होगा और बात रही चावल की तो वह भारत से निर्यात करता होगा

Fruits garden ke trees bhi thoda bada hone se ukhad ke new trees lagaya jata he , Rice bhi thoda bahut hota he lekin rivers ke nazdik or neechle area me lagaya jata he. Lekin kisi bhi halat me zameen ke neeche se pani nhi nikala jata .

China CCP publicized at very large level up-hill irrigation (similar to step irrigation in India). But CCP had many negatives & inexperience behind them and pushed all its farmers to practice this. All fields was washed off in frequent floods. Similarly even in plains, the irrigation lands reduced as building were built in the plains and rest irrigation land areas were flooded. So china is importing rice from India in large quantities.

चीन एक चालाक देश है । चीन भारत से ३ गुना बड़ा है और उसके पास भारत से ज्यादा नेचुरल रिसोर्सेस है लेकिन फिर भी भारत से आयात करता है चावल । आबादी भी दोनो देशों की बराबर है । हमारे देश के किसान कम पढ़े लिखे और बस पैसों के लिए कुछ भी उगाते है । पंजाब में पर्याप्त पानी नहीं है लेकिन फिर भी सबसे ज्यादा गेहूं उगाता है जिससे की वहा groundwater कम हो रहा है । फिर सर्दियों में पराली जलाते है और प्रदूषण करते है। जब हमारे देश की आबादी पहले से ही जरूरत से ज्यादा है तो निर्यात की क्या जरूरत है ? अगर कल को पानी खतम हो गया तो फिर इसी चीन से खरीदना पड़ेगा ।
