Houses are for living and not for speculation. Is why there is pretty much zero homeless in China while in India lots homeless and plenty of poverty. Just look at homeless here in the big cities in United State. I say China did the right thing not to subsidize Evergrande and let it fail and the losers are mostly Western investors.
