Why Chitré, Panama Is the Perfect Retirement Destination in 2023

I am from Chitre. I live in Italy now and lived in various states in the US (US military), so I travel a lot. So far Chitré is still one of my favorite cities, topped by Seville Spain, Cadiz Spain, St. Petersburg FL, Verona Italy and Narbonne France. Chitré is indeed a nice and very progresive place.
