Being a Christian man means doing the hard things you don’t want to do, and standing up for what is right, not being a fool and looking for a fight.

I think the word you're looking for is assertive, not aggressive. While the aggressive can mean having a drive to do things, it will always have a negative connotation, and make people think of aggression, aggravate, and agitate. It's gonna make people think mean, and that's not the point to get across. Also, people can get the idea that with being aggressive, you need to retaliate when someone sins against you. That's not at all what we should do as Christians. As Jesus says in Luke 6:27-36 NIV - 27 “But to you who are listening I say: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, 28 bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. 29 If someone slaps you on one cheek, turn to them the other also. If someone takes your coat, do not withhold your shirt from them. 30 Give to everyone who asks you, and if anyone takes what belongs to you, do not demand it back. 31 Do to others as you would have them do to you. 32 “If you love those who love you, what credit is that to you? Even sinners love those who love them. 33 And if you do good to those who are good to you, what credit is that to you? Even sinners do that. 34 And if you lend to those from whom you expect repayment, what credit is that to you? Even sinners lend to sinners, expecting to be repaid in full. 35 But love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them without expecting to get anything back. Then your reward will be great, and you will be children of the Most High, because he is kind to the ungrateful and wicked. 36 Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful." Don't get me wrong, I like the idea your trying to get across, but a better word for it is assertive. Not aggressive. God Bless you bro :)

i agree, assertive is a better word. I think we should be capable to be assertive, but also able to hold ourselves back and know when to turn the other cheek.

If you ever want to know if Jesus was masculine or not just keep this verse in your mind and understand the context of it. This is the man you should strive to be. “But Jesus remained silent and gave no answer. Again the high priest asked him, “Are you the Messiah, the Son of the Blessed One?” “I am,” said Jesus. “And you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of the Mighty One and coming on the clouds of heaven.”” Mark 14:61-62 NIV

And I would also say that we should not get angry or frustrated at a person. Though I think Jesus as well as God (though they are one), we're frustrated with the sin in a person or the spirits tormenting them. And of course Jesus would tell them to "Go!" and they would go. So I believe it's alright to have a righteous anger/frustration.. Cuz it's directed towards sin and not people. But still to have self control and never let it get out of hand that our words become like a snake's poison.

I think Christian men should be strong but not aggressive but OUTREACHING towards people they dislike for justifiable reasons and perform self sacrificing actions for them without condemning or be so quick to judge them for their wrong doings until they are moved enough by your actions to open their hearts and willing to hear and to receive you.
